This BP has the friendliest, most helpful staff you will ever find. They are all really great. Also, BP Chagrin is open 24/7/365 (366 in a leap year). If you are making pancakes at 4 AM and realize you are out of milk, they are there for you. If you need batteries or bread on Christmas Day, they are there for you. They also sell diesel, kerosene, propane tanks, and ice. They are also active in the community. They are always allowing local groups to use there space and water for fundraising car washes etc. Thank you Chagrin BP, for always being there.

Normally I don't interact with them because I pay at the pump. Clientele: Could be anyone. We all get gas once in a while :) Final thoughts: I'm pretty indifferent. That should tell you that they care abut their jobs. -there is a large assortment of fountain drinks, and they have caffeine free diet cola. That's a rarity. - there is NOT a made to order grill/sandwich counter. Boooooooo. -there is NOT a car wash. -there are plenty of pumps, and rarely a wait. But this location is easy to get into and out of, with a friendly staff and great selection of items.

Honestly, I wasn't sure how "awesome" it could be as it's a big, open, and beautiful country. But I also imagined there couldn't be a lot of competition to make it awesome. Boy was I was wrong. I found this gem of a store and was greeted by the most hospitable workers. Not only was their liquor, beer, and wine selection large, but they were extremely knowledgeable about their offerings making multiple suggestions based upon my likes and dislikes. When I was leaving, I remember talking to this really wonderful woman who was telling me about how great it was to work there. She shared with me how the owner treated them as equals and how much pride she had for the place. That really goes a long way with me, and made sense on why I felt so valued while visiting there.

It is easy to get to from the highway and is easy to get in and out of the parking lot onto the main road. They have a drive through which is an added bonus. The pump areas have always been clean with no overflowing garbage and the restrooms and store are clean as well. Also, they typically have one of the lower gas prices in the area. The only down side is that the MTO tends to be slower than I've experienced at other Sheetz locations.
