The company did not consistently follow the written contract. The agreement stated that pruning and trimming would be performed as needed, but branches were allowed to hang over the driveway and into the street, creating difficulties for garbage pickup and general access. Ornamental plants were also allowed to spread beyond their designated growing areas and encroach on the sidewalk. In addition, one plant was removed, but the stump was left behind rather than being fully extracted. While some basic work was completed, there were concerns regarding communication and adherence to the maintenance standards outlined in the agreement. Based on this experience, I would not choose to rehire this company
