We had a very large tree growing at the side of one of our rentals they came out gave us an estimate we were happy with they cut up the wood to fireplace and slab size for milling they cleaned up and lept the yard in better shape than it had been in for a long time. Had a few dead trees that needed to come down ASAP before they fell. I called Wilson's and they set an appointment for a consultation/estimate. No one showed up for the appointment. I waited two hours, then called to ask if they were still coming. Was told someone would either stop by in a few hours, or that someone would call me back to let me know what the delay was. Neither happened. I spent the next three weeks repeatedly calling and asking to reschedule, being told someone would call me back in 2-3 days to set up a time, and no one ever calling. Ended up hiring someone else. Cannot recommend this business. read more

Sadly, I can't recommend this company. I called and left messages several times for months last year trying to get an estimate and suggestions for how to save the dying trees in my front yard. The receptionist was very nice as was the former owner, but no one EVER contacted me or returned my numerous calls. Whoever is running this tree service needs to make sure someone responds to customer calls. I can understand that a business might be busy, but too busy to ever call back a customer who has left several messages? A year after calling them initially, all my trees have died, and I have contacted a different tree service. Very disappointed in Wilson Tree Service. read more
