They advertise to only charge 20% of monies collected, but 80% of nothing is still nothing. That's not the worse part. What's worse than not collecting on your behalf - their rude attitude when you make inquiries - it's as if you are bothering them. Their evasiveness and lack of response to emails is beyond frustrating. Try calling - you'll get an answering machine. I chose them for collection of a judgment I won, mostly for their modest fee. However, there are more expensive agencies out there that actually work on your behalf and hold customer service in high regard - I should have done my homework better. I guess my account wasn't very big for them to bother with (but they knew that when they took my business). However, there is no room for rudeness when dealing with clients, no matter how small they think you are.
