Please DO NOT SIGN-UP WITH THIS GUYS !!! I took the season package (minus the first 2 applications). First 2 applications seemed productive and after that 3-4 applications for weed control have ZERO effect. They come and go at their own preferred time. I repeatedly told them to meet me when you do the application. Instead they started coming 7 AM in the morning and on their way back they use to just press the doorbell and complete the formality of the notifying. I wish I had a camera installed in my backyard. (Best Part): Their own service rep suggested to escalate the matter and "MOVE ON" for the next season. btw, is there a way to rate them less than 1 star..? read more

We asked Trugreen to visit our house to speak about landscaping our back lawn. Even though we asked specifically to first consult with us on what needs doing, Trugreen sent someone while we were not home. And did our FRONT lawn. They left us a bill. We complained. But they did it again. And again. Now my grass in the front lawn is burnt because of their chemicals and my back lawn has not been touched. We have three bills to show it. I will phone them this week to resolve this, and if they do, I will revise my rating and share my experience. But until then, my recommendation is to stay away! read more

We have been using a previous company with a good service, but have been advised to use Trugreen since the have a very good service. we have never had the issue of weeds before and have never complained before. Since we started the service with Trugree, the back yard along with the front are is covered by weed and every time we complain, the just confirm that they will be spraying since we have the free service. nothing works Also the edges are covered of weed and the reason that they cant spray close to the fence whether wood or metal which is not a reason at all since we used to be sprayed the last years. read more

This company is awful!!!!! They will do anything for a buck. Always calling trying to upsell services, even if you say no, they complete a "service" anyways and oblige you to pay. The straw that broke the camel's back? I get a bill fir $108 even though I haven't been in the home since last December. They called last fall and I told them I was moving. Still tried to sell me on a nice lawn for showings. Now, they don't have record of the call or the email I sent them after the first service. Think long and hard before you sign up with these parasites! They are worse than the weeds they are supposed to treat!!!! read more

A rep (by the name of Syed) visited us in September and highly recommended that we use their services for our lawn. Apprehensive at first, I accepted after being promised that if we buy one application (roughly $50), we would get another application for free. Fast forward a couple of months later, they supposedly visited us twice and sprayed our lawn. The agreement was for both the front lawn and the backyard but we know that they backyard wasn't done because it was locked and can only be opened from the inside. So 1), I don't even know if they actually sprayed our lawn and 2) they didn't even do their job properly. Last week we got a pre-charged bill for the year of 2017. I called into cancel and the customer service rep (Jessica) was very rude and repeatedly asked me why I wanted to cancel and stated that it was a waste to only get two applications and not continue with it for the upcoming year. Why does she care why I'm cancelling? Even if they did do their job properly the first time and they did it when someone was home , it doesn't even matter because their own policy states "NO REASON IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL". At one point she asked me how she was supposed to prove that these services were done...um..how about they actually come when someone is at home so we can physically see them? Anyway, she was able to cancel our services, but only after discussing this with the supervisor. Apparently the buy one, get one free application is only offered on the basis that you continue your services with this company for the next year. Oh and Syed forgot to mention this point to us. *mind-boggled*. So now, 1) We have to pay for the second application, which was supposed to be free. 2) The sales agreement clearly states that the application will be for the front lawn, sides and backyard but that was not completed as it stated it would be. 3) The sales reps. are false advertising the services. The moral of this review: DO NOT USE TRUGREEN FOR ANY OF YOUR LAWN PURPOSES. Or in professional terms, I DO NOT recommend this company. read more

Stay far far away from these people. We ordered lawn care services as a package for the summer. This included 6 lawn treatments. The first visit was fine because we were home and watched them. On subsequent visits when they thought we were not home they did absolutely nothing in the backyard that would qualify as lawn care. We had to order re-treatments and during subsequent treatments we had to direct them how to spray the lawn as they went from one summer intern to another while the more seasoned technician sat in the cool truck in the AC. From the third treatment they would call and say this was our last treatment. Last treatment??? we ordered SIX!. We straightened it out then after the fourth treatment they called and said was our last. Then when they had done number 5, they said, guess what, this is our last treatment yet again. When I called to straighten up this nonsense they said oh yeah you're right we owe you another treatment which they tried to charge full price for when our package said it was supposed to be 29,99. Btw, the 29,99 charge was advertised as the first charge, we ended up paying it last and only got the 29,99 when i called them out on trying to charge us full price. Let me not forget about the times they didn't show up to spray because of weather without informing us. The fights they would get in with us about the poor job they were doing or their constant upselling where they tried to use high pressure and illegal tactics saying we already signed up to spray for grubs or mosquitoes. None of which we did. This place is a first rate con job and third rate lawn servicing company. STAY AWAY! read more

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST ANNOYING COMPANY YOU WILL EVER DEAL WITH!!!! Do not use their service - they will never stop calling you. We used the service for 1 year and advised them at the end of the season that we would be cancelling. Since then, they have called us 6 times and on EVERY OCCASION we have told them to take us off of the call us - the phone calls persist. I just received the 7th call moments ago.
