Even though the teller showed me the bill counting machine add up to the right amount, something happened in between that moment, and her passing me the pile of cash along with two envelopes. I recently had a CD mature there and wanted to redeem it and deposit the funds into the checking account there. Very simple -- right? No so fast !! As I am disabled, I called them in advance to ask them the easiest way to redeem the CD. The answer: there is no easy way. There are five pages of documents and disclosures to sign and they told me (rather rudely) it all had to be done in person and in the branch. They would not even mail, fax or e-mail them to me in advance to read. No exceptions !!! We have already changed a couple of accounts to the M & T office two blocks away where they seem to appreciate their customers. I would suggest the same for others. Or even better go to your local credit union.

I feel super important. They always have paraphanella to brag on to others about. Our Customer Appreciation day rocks! I've developed personable relationships with the staff & manager to the point where we can have mature conversations or share updates or personal accomplishments in our lives! This Branch Manager is a beautiful mixed woman, but she's been so organized. She's always smiling! One time, I needed to fix a mistake, she didn't care how long it took and stayed with me to the end to make sure that the problem was resolved. Every time I come to the bank we can laugh about out memories and she takes care of me. I told her & her staff, "Jeanette is the best! I'm telling ya'll. I've visited other locations,this location makes me wanna stick around." The staff is memorable & just as warm! The highlight today was that: I was gonna purchase some Starbucks coffee. Jeannette saved me a few bucks, she said, "I have some brewing in the back right now. Would you like a cup?"
