I was the second customer in line & I did not leave out until 10:20am. They only had one teller & I don't think she needs to be there . It was actually 1 other staff & the manager assisting her & they were all slow & unapologetic. The 4 people behind me all complained as well . I only had 1 transaction & that was for a cash deposit. I normally visit the branch at Columbia mall . I for sure will be going there from now on.

The line continued to grow, I left when I was next in line. The lady in front of me was doing a business transaction, with multiple bags of money being counted etc., which was going to take additional time. Meanwhile 2 other customers came and went without completing their banking, they too were not happy with the service. I followed up with a phone call to corporate and filed a complaint.
