The teller was micro aggressive with a horrible attitude. The manager was worse than her. It was…read morethe worst customer service experience I ever had. They were angry, nasty, rude and the level of micro aggression was unbelievable. I requested an alternative teller who looked like me who helped with ease and no issue even though I was treated very rudely and dismissively by the first teller and manager. Then manager even went as far to say " I am sorry you feel that way" after claiming the teller was right to tell me she couldn't assist me because my DL with my married name didn't match my maiden name. She could have asked me for an alternative ID but didn't which is when I realized she was exuding micro aggression towards me. So I had to suggest she take my passport because I knew their policy. The teller was so angry that I had it that she turned beet red and told me she adopted two black children so she couldn't be biased. The manager said neither can I, I am hispanic. Then she manager begin to call me MAM in the nastiest most sarcastic way I had ever heard it. Even while the teller who looked like me helped me the manager glared and intervened into the transaction trying to be very intimidating. The manager even called MEN to come up to the front from the office who looked like if I moved the wrong way they would physically assault me. Mind you I did not utter one curse word or threat. If you are BLACK and want to be treated with dignity and respect as a human being I don't suggest going in there. I was treated horribly for addressing it and demanding respect. They should be ashamed but I know they won't be due to their poor excuses for their horrible behavior. It was CRASS BASS and UNCOUTH and a reflection of how people will abuse you and totally deny it. Avoid that branch like the plague.

Love Wells Fargo, but not happy with this branch. We have gone in numerous times to get things…read morenotarized. As a notary their only job is to validate the signature. They read the document and then go to others to have them read it. Called the toll free number and they did confirm, they should not be concerned with the content...just the signature. We have been long time customers, but only use that branch when necessary.

They wouldn't even put the payments I was behind at the end of the mortgage. They wouldn't help me at all. Eventually they repossessed the house. Luckily the people who ended up purchasing it rented it to us until I was able to repurchase it myself. It took only 4 months for them to repossess it. I was given the shaft at every point. I will never do business with them again. And, I will inform everyone I know about them.
