Where else can you look at your checking account…read moreon line, say "Sheesh, that doesn't look right!" ... send a query to your bank and get a call in less than an hour? Nowhere. Not only was that "sheesh" a hack, Cindy found 3 others. In less than an hour, Cindy replenished my coffers refunding my account, then she snapped that account shut, opened a new one and then informed me she will babysit it until she felt my money was safe. I would still be trying to get someone at Wells Fargo to open the door! Account babysat! New account opened. Money returned. Why would anyone bank anywhere else? Alliance is like going to Cheers for those of you who remember. Everyone knows your name. Whether I walk up or drive through I just hand them my check and they say "Which account do you want it in?"

During his time there, he never called out once, consistently stepped up whenever the branch needed help, traveled to other locations on short notice, and even took on lead teller responsibilities without proper compensation. He built strong relationships with members and was the top-performing teller in his branch. Despite all of this, he was let go for being late three times -- each instance by about six minutes. There was no pattern of poor performance, no history of misconduct, and no consideration given to the overwhelming value he brought to the team and the members he served. The decision shows a complete lack of appreciation for loyalty, work ethic, and dedication. For an organization that promotes community values and member relationships, this treatment of a reliable and high-performing employee is deeply disappointing and is absolutely unethical. It sends a clear message that hard work and commitment mean very little here. Anyone considering working for Skyla Credit Union should be aware of how quickly and unfairly you can be discarded, regardless of your performance or dedication.
