This has happened before and has not been a big problem. This time my wife had to go in person to the bank to get the account activated. No big deal. She was told we could access the account by close of business that day. But, it didn't happen. We tried to call and leave messages but never got a call back from the local manager. I then went to the office and the problem was fixed. This took several days because we wanted to make sure we had not made any errors on our end. The reality is they promise but do not deliver. We think this might be the last straw before closing all of our account with them. BTW, we are at day 3 since sending the President of the bank an email. I don't expected to hear from him.
