We are under tropical storm warnings, and Im new to the area. The first dispensary was closed due to the weather that had yet to arrive. Luckily just down the street, was trulieve. It was busy, but thats to be expected. Lots of anxiety and we need our meds. I waited about 7 minutes, but it was not a bad wait. The room was comfortable, with plenty of open seating. Never order online it is ridiculous, store employees act like they are doing the customers a favor. Always a long wait parking is a nightmare. Sorry I travel out of town as much as possible for curaleaf better customer service and discounts. We need one in Crystal Rive as I assume this truleaf will never get better. They consistently have wait times over An hour due to no staff.. I don't know why, but even if you do express they filter you through the wait line instead of using the express checkout room. Staffing?? The website is never accurate, and you go to pick up and they're out of what you ordered online and sat and waited for nothing. Well it was so bad there I don't go any more. Service was the worst, and to get delivery well 2 of 6 orders came I did get not even get a excuse or any notice what happened so my rating is a .9 almost a 1. And long wait in store 30 min. This place is so badly managed. The wait times are extensive because "nobody wants to work and we are under staffed". The company offers an Express pickup that isn't efficient. The staff seems over high and in no way going to pretend they are at work and be proficient. The tenders in the back are not educated well enough in their product. The management is rude when you try to explain the garbage service they are "managing". They just don't care. The sound system in the lobby is awful and loud. Wait time is horrible. Even compared to other trulieve locations. I've set here now for an hour to make a simple pickup. If a growhealthy or Muv moves to this town, I can see this location closing soon. I got forgot about setting in the lobby. The product is good 70% of the time but lately the security door that separates the main buying floor from the wait room has been propped wide open the 4 times I've been in this past month. I don't know if its a staffing problem or AC issue but I have seen tweaking crazy people try to break down those thick heavy doors. Or try to sneak there way back to jump the counters screaming, yelling, and physically threatening for weed because they didn't have enough in their prescription. Do you want random people to have easy access to those kind of "products". You already got rid of your daily security officers the least you can do is keep the security door closed during business hours. Do better. The old management were thieves but at least they considered patient safety and privacy. read more

Especially Breanna Anderson...She is very sweet and always says hello to me and asks is there anything she can do for me even if she isn't the one that is waiting on me.
