this is for the Homosassa store I've been going to Trulieve since they opened, went to the grand opening in Pensacola Florid, in 2018. still been shopping there, it's one of the best dispensaries in Florida . Homosassa Is one of the kindest people & employees of all the Trulieve's in Florida in my opinion, I've been to almost every one of them. Staff here is awful at their job. slow & unaware of where they are. Been here 3 times since moving to Inverness & ready to not go back. even with your order pre packaged for express you will wait in the lobby for an hour or more. All 3 times The employees stand around talking to each other & take well over 25 minutes to serve each customer. Meanwhile there are 15 of us in the lobby who have yet to even check in. So when you finally do, they check in their friends first and even if you got there first you will be checked in at the end. Frustrating & overall just unwanted behavior from a business. Never write reviews for a business before but this Trulieve just isn't an option for getting what I need anymore & I genuinely hope the staff here get removed and they send someone in to save this location. The Flowery & Green Dragon are the only places I'll go in town now.... And it's only because of the dog wash staff. read more

I didn't believe the other reviews complaining about the wait times at the Inverness Dispensary until I experienced it myself. Placed an order online and went to pick it up. After 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby, I gave up and left. The Green Dragon Dispensary is just down the street from Trulieve and I was in and out in less than ten minutes. read more

Walked in with nobody else in waiting room. After about 15 minutes 4 people walked in and were allowed to go before me for "cough" pickup. The whole ordeal took over an hour, again, with no one else waiting in lobby. If it ran any slower you would grow more youthful while waiting in the lobby. Have not been back. So glad this is not the only game in town anymore. Better product and service at Green Dragon and the Flowery both. Even with 5 people in front of you it still takes less than 20-30 minutes. read more

1 is too much. I like to run to the dispensary at lunch I can make it to any of the 3 in the area in time to get back in my hour. I have never made it back in time from here. I have 2 good experiences here (in and out @ 8pm) and the rest are bad over a year and half. I kept waiting for the issues at this place to get better and they don't its worse every time. I've had the staff talking bad about the customer in front of me and messing up my order and forgetting stuff. I've had hour long waits in express while number 1 in queue watched them serve the next 8 or 9 and emptying the room then coming out and saying oh you weren't in the queue like they don't have a flat screen with queue on it and I hadn't showed my ID when I got there. Absolutely terrible over and over again. I hope this review will send you to The Flowery or Green Dragon. The Flowery is way better for quality and Green Dragon is the same quality but lower prices and the best customer service. read more

This is the slowest dispensary in Florida. I'm not sure why it takes so long. They make everything so complicated and even a pick up order you're waiting at least 30 min. No wonder the traditional market still thrives! read more

I normally will just let things go in life, but this scenario I did not. I come to this trulieve often. I was greeted nicely by the greeter, then I met my Budtender. I get to the register and she reads back my order, then talks to the other customer 3 registers down. She then confirms my birthday (which was the day before), I wasn't expecting a Happy Birthday but I too work in customer service and it just became awkward after she didn't say anything and sternly put the bag on the counter. I would have tipped you Melissa but sadly the customer service is everything to someone who is in customer service. read more
