Terrible place. I have only gone twice and will never be back. I had to wait over 30 min to get set up for the first visit even after having valid license and there was one other person in front of me. Last visit was the final straw. Came in on a Monday and waited over an hour with 4 workers all seeming stoned themselves. When I finally approach the counter I wait another 10 min for the guy to stop typing on the computer and they have a limited supply of everything. Stop these overpriced losers who get high on their own supply without treating the customers better. Better off going to planet 13 they are stoned but get you in and out with decent prices and discounts. Shut these guys down. read more

The greeter then asked us to set our official marijuana card on the table because she refused for our hands to touch. What can I say ab this place that is good? I only come here because it's 2 minutes from my house but with the wait times and slow as hell service I might as well drive the 25minutes to the next dispensary. Every time I'm here there's a "problem with the system" or "it's a new system" and no one knows what they're doing. They only ever have 1 register open but they'll have 3 people working the back. It doesn't matter if you do express check in or not. You'll be waiting an hour in the waiting room since they have NO organizational skills. I'm so done with this store. I miss harvest. Date of Purchase: 01/20/2023 Amount Paid: $414.45 Nature of Dispute: They were having a sale. I got a bunch of various flavors of jelly edibles. 3 of them she told me was a Kiwi flavor however when I got home I saw they were kiwi GREEN APPLE flavor. I am allergic to green apple flavoring (yes it's weird. Green apple jolly ranchers literally have put me in the hospital). So naturally I take the edibles back to exchange them for another flavor and I'm told that because I bought them on sale that they will only give me the dollar value of what I paid for them so to replace them when the sale is not going on would cost me a extra $30 for the same exact products. It's not like this issue was a fault of my own. I didn't grab the product off the shelf and purchase it. I am not even allowed to hold the product before it's sold and dispensed to me. So I can't see that the rep has fed me false information about what I am purchasing until I leave the building. It's complete bs they want to charge me more for exchanging them for the same product in a alternate flavor especially when you take into account that their rep could have freaking killed me had I not seen that she fed me false information during the purchase process. I contacted the customer support via phone, after over an hour on the line and him agreeing with me that they should have exchanged it I was told there was nothing I could do. I contacted the email listed on multiple negative reviews on google and they responded saying I was correct and they should have exchanged my product for the same ones regardless of what I paid for them. They asked for my patient if and DOB then completely ghosted me. I sent a dozen emails now with no responses. They have my phone number as well but no call. I am a seasoned patient, knowing the Jacksonville dispensary landscape when only Trulieve and Knox existed. I have seen the growing pains with the program, and confidently assert that today's program beats where we were even at the beginning of this year. I say this to caution about taking the negative reviews with an air of pessimism. I did not visit Harvest until they released flower, so I cannot speak to those prior operations; however, I can speak of the reasons this dispensary is the state's biggest secret. Facilities are clean, modern, and spacious. I prefer Harvest's site layout as, when you walk through the double doors, you are greeted by the front desk and a floor-to-ceiling view of the dispensary floor. In the secured waiting area you can expect to be greeted warmly and offered a chilled bottled water. The vestibule provides ample seating, though I have never had to wait to proceed to the floor. The floor is designed to highlight different products. You have your display tables on the floor as well as floor sections. Each section smartly uses lighting to showcase flower, tinctures, gear, and merchandise. Whether new to the program or established, you can easily find what you want. I medicate predominantly with flower. I was lucky to grab eighths of the first three strains of which only one tickled my green fancy. Yet I persisted and have sampled almost all strains of loose flower and pre-rolls. Forget the favorable pricing and focus on the therapeutic effects. Notwithstanding the pricing, I would still keep Harvest in my medkit. Stock is a valid concern; however, let's credit those issues with the source: legislators and the Department of Health. Harvest's supply chain and inventory issues stem from restrictive rules, so direct your grievances at our elected officials. Harvest uses IHeartJane as their ordering platform which is shared with 3 other local dispensaries. Every time I have ordered, I have received my requested items and they were ready well within 30 minutes. Finally, the staff have welcomed me as one of their own, and I can count on them to continue spreading the compassion through positive vibes and knowledge. I could name everyone from the top down who has contributed to cultivating a repeat customer, but I will acknowledge Chelsea as she thoroughly helped me on my first visit when I was experiencing a panic attack. From one patient to another, you deserve to see if Harvest's medicine aligns with your regimen goals. Given the accessibility, variety, and efficacy, you could be on your way to improved health for a fraction of the cost of other "premium" dispensaries. read more

Friendly, but not knowledgeable. Quick but no selection other than a single type, two on a good week. Some strains like Floridas gift left me feeling sick. Harvest has been bought out by Trulieve. So all the bad service and higher prices that you expected and received from Trulieve has all been transferred to their new stores. Right out of the gate and there is a brand new website, that tells you very little. One thing I noted immediately is that they do list the strength of their flower...but that's all. No strengths on any other products. I called and spoke to a CSR about this but they had no idea of who Harvest was. Bad PR. When asked about the pricing and strength of the vapes she actually had to put the phone down and go grab the vape I was questioning and read to me the info requested over the phone. Why not put it online? This is where it gets frustrating: All concentrates and vapes are "between 74% and 80%". Why not put down exactly what the lab said the strength was? Their lab tests it, the state tests it, the product is known. SHOW ME THE STRENGTH!!! Sadly I do believe this is one store I will no longer visit. Such a shame as Harvest was giving Trulieve a trouncing. Sadly our town is soon to be monopolized by out-of-state owners who care about nothing but profit, first and always. The delivery experiences I have had with the Southside Estates location and it's incompetent employees are another level. First, I was provided the incorrect item upon my initial delivery and when I brought this to the delivery drivers attention I was told there was nothing they could do because they were "on the road". The driver Zach requested I call the corporate office immediately as the noone at the Southside Estates location could answer (he called 3 times in front of me), which I did, a corporate employee stated there would be notes regarding this replacement and it would be included with the next scheduled delivery. Zach also stated he made notes the same day as well. Delivery date arrives, no phone call confirming the order items or that the replacement has been included, no total, nothing, Just a text message asking how will you be paying?we're 27 mins away. Then I receive a confirmation email that a pick up order has been placed in Clearwater for another patient and they have added her phone number to my account profile. When I bring it to the corporate office attention, I am told it is my fault and to change my password and update the info when clearly this was the work of another incompetent employee. The new delivery date arrives, again no phone call confirming the order items or that the replacement is included just a text asking again how will you pay? I then call and speak to Zach the original delivery driver and remind him of the exchange and ongoing issue. He states he will accommodate this and credit my account for today's sale price as I have already paid full price, a delivery fee, and tipped him twice. He states he will text me when he is on the way this is precisely at 11:00 a.m. when the store opens. I receive a phone call at 5:00 p.m. stating they will not be able to complete my delivery order that has now been rescheduled twice and would I be available the following week day. Well NO I work fulltime like most people and is the reason why I scheduled my delivery to accommodate that schedule. After stating this to the person on the phone the response in return is "oh well I guess you can call corporate" . The amount of issues with this company and dispensaries including the employees are insurmountable and will continue to get worse as long as employees are not held accountable or trained properly with the correct information. After a great start out the gate HOC has fallen behind, on par with every other dispensary in Jax. but Muv. HOC has upped their prices and dropped the strength of their products. Lots to choose from, if you just got paid and don't care about quality. Personally I'm looking for something in the higher strengths...they used to carry better quality material, not any more. Plus their pricing is all over the road. No rhyme nor reason for the pricing, but they have gone up on it for some unknown reason; it's not like the products are any better than any other dispensary. Market price runs about $10 per gram for anything. Higher than that is a rip-off when the product is only 16.9% for $45.00 an 1/8. Oh I get it, I'm paying more for the name on the label, not the product itself. Sheesh. read more

Yesterday was my first visit to Harvest. The employees were pleasant and helpful. I was looking for vape carts and took advantage of their first time BOGO. Pros: Nice environment with places to sit if you need to wait. I'm my case not long, just first timer processing. Great attitude and very professional employees. They have CBN products that I had not previously tried. Cons: while employees were able to answer my questions, the depth of knowledge has some room to grow. Security was tight, behind locked doors, but at least, I felt safe. Very few choices in vape carts. Overall, this dispensary has only been open a month and some employees seem to be learning by observing my transaction. The quality of the 2 vape carts that I purchased was excellent and CBN caps are the best sleep aid I have ever had, very effective with no unwanted side effects. I will continue to buy here and hope that selection improves! read more

I can say that I will never go back to this establishment unless they make some major changes in their customer service practices. There is no reason why your spouse shouldn't be allowed to come in with you while you are trying to find what you need. I could see there being a problem if it was a boyfriend or girlfriend, or friend, but my husband should be allowed to come in with me for support. The set up is also strange. There is no one on one and the selection is very limited. I told 2 of the 4 total employees that were there that I wanted something for depression, anxiety, pain and something that won't make me hungry. He said that marijuana typically makes you hungry which is false. I read about several strains that can help you with obesity. It was also strange that I was the only customer in the shop. That should have been a dead give away of what was to come. The staff was friendly but I left crying because I was so overwhelmed and uncomfortable. I'm not sure how long this place will last. I had grown tiered of the long waits at other dispensaries and high prices. Then I tried Harvest House! Got right in! Parking was easy! Prices were great and the staff was friendly and informative. I've tried the flavored vape pens and the flower and was very pleased w both! I've heard other stores are coming! Maybe w their great prices others will follow suit or we will all be at Harvest House!!! I saw the other review about the husband not being allowed in the back and just want to say most places are set up this way. Typically, I do not write reviews. However, I came to purchase my medication asked for a very specific product and I did not check it before I left the building. That is my fault. I called to just let them know what happened and basically they blew me off and said we can give you 100 Rewards points. I think what upset me the most, is the person I was speaking to Robert he acted like it was my fault for getting the wrong product from them. The employees here are so friendly and helpful. They are super knowledgeable without being pushy which I super appreciate. I haven't tried the flower here yet, but the prices are better than other dispensaries in the area. I use the capsules for PTSD. One 5MG THC and one 5MG CBD has given me the best results I have had from any dispensary/cannabis product. Strongly recommend for getting rid of anxiety. read more

How can I say thank you to a group of people that have made my pain ridden life bearable again? I know that they run out of flower pouches from time to time but they always seem to have pre-rolls of the best healing stuff. I have tried some of their vapes, the blueberry and the melon for me are the best. I cough a lot on most vapes, but those 2 are useable and beneficial without all the coughing I get from other distributors vapes. The fact that I hurt a lot All the time and do not have to wait 1 and a half to 2 hours just to pick up a web-order is AMAZING! When you are at Harvest you feel like family. The other nearby dispensary doesn't even say hello anymore. I would easily give 5 stars if they had more stock or maybe considered dealing with other growers to better their inventory. But all in all... after going to the other dispensaries in Jax, I would not go anywhere else... And across the street behind the orange dinosaur is Kathy's Cuban Bakery.
