Please PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!! I just was yelled at and talked down to by their "manager" for letting him know that - I would be leaving him an honest review... I've been an MMJ patient from the get- DABS are life. I went into this shop and bought a rig - I just dropped $50 at this place not 3 days ago! I get the rig home.. it's silicone.. something is wrong with it not allowing smoke to fill the chamber. I have wasted $30 worth of meds.. I called and asked 3 different people to just allow me a store credit - no meds have filled the chamber.. after finally speaking to 2 others I get the manager who begins to question me- the customer and my ability AS A MEDICAL PATIENT (when this jit has prolly never even seen shatter up close!!) to use this device. I told him "Sir as I have explained 2 other times... the device has not once filled with smoke" he tells me "You can bring it in and I can see. But I can't even really touch it because illegal drugs have touched it" well guess what captain obvious-- you ARE CATERING TO MEDICAL PATIENTS! YOU GAVE ME A DISCOUNT AS A PATIENT. This is now the 4th time I have gotten a faulty vape from here. But Of course they will work the first two hits. But I buy a $20 vape and it dies by hit 10? And ofc we all know the policy. That if you leave the store they aren't liable. So even after I spend hundreds of dollars here buying mods, juices, and puffers and always recommending friends here. I call and ask is there anything they can do? Like discount a new one at least so I don't waste $20 on you selling me a faulty product. Lady repeats like a broken record "there is nothing we can do". When there is. You can clearly pull up on my account when I came and bought the vape. I could bring you the vape to show you it's dead. Spent a good $290 here in one purchase, then used my $50 discount in the same trip. Then the lady at the counter, knowing I had atleast 20 XL Puffbars, makes a joke about taste testing each one of the bars since obviously nobody would sit there and open each box and test them. But as soon as I get in the car I open up my watermelon to blow some fat clouds out my buddy's mustang and low and behold, it's a dud, doesn't hit, and tastes like garbage. So I turn around and go back (within 10 minutes mind you) and tell the lady who says "ohhhh sorry can't help you, there's a sign, don't wanna lose my job" so I say "well, and I hate to be that guy, but can I talk to the manager so nobody's job's at stake" and he shows up and tells me the same thing like I didn't just drop $300 there and $200 the last time and $250 the time before that??? what typa service is that for someone who borderline pays their electric bill read more

Worst smoke shop in town by far ! Everything I have ever bought there has been so fragile that it breaks in less than a week . I kick myself every time i go to this shop because the slightly lower prices do not in any sense, make up for such a poor product . They falsely advertise, blatantly lie to your face or over the phone. None of the glass there is borosilicate glass, even when they say it is. The glass is clearly not because of how brittle every piece is . Every electronic vape has broken with in a week or even as little as a day. Literally all the employees and managers are obviously high (with blood shot eyes, dilated eyes, speak extremely slow, or having a hard time with comprehending what you say) and management will also argue with you, and call you a lier from just asking why all their products are so faulty . There parking situation is frankly dangerous, and they allow anyone to block the entrance to there already small parking lot . Every cent that has been spent in this store has been a complete waste of money . I do not own a single item from this shop that has not already broken. I suggest going across the street and getting what you actually think you are paying for, or going to literally any other shop, or amazon! read more
