This place is close to my house. I visit here for all of my smoking needs. They aren't the cheapest but the quality is always good and they've always stood behind everything they've sold me. Yes, the workers are a younger group and to some may seem like they're preoccupied with each other at times but it's not a big deal. They don't ignore customers and are always willing to help. I'm happy with my experience and will continue shopping there. Thanks! Oh and ALWAYS test your product before you leave the store so they can address any issues. if you leave the store then try to bring something back, they may not allow you to swap it out since it's already left the store.... read more

Always welcoming and kind. Their hours are fabulous as are the workers! Would and do recommend

Horrible customer service. It was my first time going there, and they asked me if I knew "the policy" I said No and quickly had to answer my phone. bought my vapes and left. Get in the car to test them out and one didn't work, so just like everywhere else I've experienced this I went inside to replace it. Apparently "the policy" is you have to test it in store. Great, I didn't know that and will keep it in mind for next time, but I just purchased a product that didn't work and would like for it be replaced. "tHaT's oUr p0LiCy" asked to talk to the manager for the first time in my life and he tells me that he doesn't have his number.. I asked do you not have it or do you not want to give it? This half-wit laughingly says "same thing haha" this dudes definitely got 1st cousins as parents, but who's judging. I've told 6 of my friends to not go there already, and shared it in our groupchat with over 20 vapers. They just lost at least $1500 in revenue a month from us. read more

Vapors Smoke Shop - Head Shops Near Me - Pensacola, Florida

See all

Went to Pensacola last week to visit fam, my cuz had a new vape a Caliburn with new flavor (Coastal Clouds iced mango berry) so good! BUT I went in to buy unit, took it home and used my own charger to charge it cause oddly enough it didn't come with a charger?? It didn't seem to take the charge and took forever! Told my cuz and she said EVERY electronic anything comes with a charger! She also said hers didn't and she had opened it in the store, and they just gave her a charger. So I went in the next day, and they told me it was an additional 6.00 on top of the 30.00 I paid for the unit! I told them that they just gave my cuz the charger! They said we'll we just can't give chargers away?? And that whoever gave her that was wrong to do so. I was furious, I ended up buying a charger for 4.99, telling them they need to inform the company selling them, and find out wtf is the reason they would sell a product with NO CHARGER! read more

If I could rate this shop a 0 I definitely would! Make sure before you purchase any gummies or juices from this establishment it's in date. These past few months every time I go there products expired months ago! It's very sickening that they're knowingly selling these items. Especially the "on sale" items. Called to tell the people of what they've sold me, the 2 guys I talked to gave me straight attitude. Definitely don't recommend read more

They do have a good selection but they can't seem to get my order right. 50% of the time I get giving the wrong stuff. Wrong pod or not the right nicotine % . It's always something. read more

Vapors is the best smoke shop i have been to. I go everyday to get 3 puff bars. I'm vape a lot so the friendly service is something I appreciate. Great customer service and good Environment. read more

Please PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!! I just was yelled at and talked down to by their "manager" for letting him know that - I would be leaving him an honest review... I've been an MMJ patient from the get- DABS are life. I went into this shop and bought a rig - I just dropped $50 at this place not 3 days ago! I get the rig home.. it's silicone.. something is wrong with it not allowing smoke to fill the chamber. I have wasted $30 worth of meds.. I called and asked 3 different people to just allow me a store credit - no meds have filled the chamber.. after finally speaking to 2 others I get the manager who begins to question me- the customer and my ability AS A MEDICAL PATIENT (when this jit has prolly never even seen shatter up close!!) to use this device. I told him "Sir as I have explained 2 other times... the device has not once filled with smoke" he tells me "You can bring it in and I can see. But I can't even really touch it because illegal drugs have touched it" well guess what captain obvious-- you ARE CATERING TO MEDICAL PATIENTS! YOU GAVE ME A DISCOUNT AS A PATIENT. Still a company should stand by their product. This business will be closed in 6 months as long as they have this "manager" involved. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE! THEIR SHIH DOESNT WORK!! read more

This place is the bomb! First time there and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Was recommended by a lot of co-workers to check this place out since I had just recently moved to the Pcola area. Had everything I needed/would need in the future! Will definitely be coming back here! read more

Awesome vape shop! Every product you can imagine. Extremely helpful folks! I will be using this shop for all my needs. Go check them out.

This is now the 4th time I have gotten a faulty vape from here. But Of course they will work the first two hits. But I buy a $20 vape and it dies by hit 10? And ofc we all know the policy. That if you leave the store they aren't liable. So even after I spend hundreds of dollars here buying mods, juices, and puffers and always recommending friends here. I call and ask is there anything they can do? Like discount a new one at least so I don't waste $20 on you selling me a faulty product. Lady repeats like a broken record "there is nothing we can do". When there is. You can clearly pull up on my account when I came and bought the vape. I could bring you the vape to show you it's dead. All could be swell if you just believed in actually caring for your customers. Or ya know not sell faulty products. 100% officially lost my business. Definitely be going to liquid haze. Better staff, better prices, and way better puffers read more

Spent a good $290 here in one purchase, then used my $50 discount in the same trip. Then the lady at the counter, knowing I had atleast 20 XL Puffbars, makes a joke about taste testing each one of the bars since obviously nobody would sit there and open each box and test them. But as soon as I get in the car I open up my watermelon to blow some fat clouds out my buddy's mustang and low and behold, it's a dud, doesn't hit, and tastes like garbage. So I turn around and go back (within 10 minutes mind you) and tell the lady who says "ohhhh sorry can't help you, there's a sign, don't wanna lose my job" so I say "well, and I hate to be that guy, but can I talk to the manager so nobody's job's at stake" and he shows up and tells me the same thing like I didn't just drop $300 there and $200 the last time and $250 the time before that??? what typa service is that for someone who borderline pays their electric bill read more

The staff here and their knowledge of the product they sell is hands down the best in town. Always something new in store as they seem to really stay on top of trends. Check them out for yourself!! read more

The staff is super friendly and they really know their products. They are more than willing to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Great people, decent pricing. read more

This is honestly the worst place in town for glassware. The glass they sell is cheap, and it shows. The staff looks like they are constantly blazed. The place reeks of pot. Go somewhere else! read more

Worst smoke shop in town by far ! Everything I have ever bought there has been so fragile that it breaks in less than a week . I kick myself every time i go to this shop because the slightly lower prices do not in any sense, make up for such a poor product . They falsely advertise, blatantly lie to your face or over the phone. None of the glass there is borosilicate glass, even when they say it is. The glass is clearly not because of how brittle every piece is . Every electronic vape has broken with in a week or even as little as a day. Literally all the employees and managers are obviously high (with blood shot eyes, dilated eyes, speak extremely slow, or having a hard time with comprehending what you say) and management will also argue with you, and call you a lier from just asking why all their products are so faulty . There parking situation is frankly dangerous, and they allow anyone to block the entrance to there already small parking lot . Every cent that has been spent in this store has been a complete waste of money . I do not own a single item from this shop that has not already broken. I suggest going across the street and getting what you actually think you are paying for, or going to literally any other shop, or amazon! read more
