There are so many vape shops, we love to try them as we come upon them and we just happened to be passing by this place in need of juice. Pace is lucky to have a vape shop, HOWEVER. We walked in and there was one customer in the entire store at the counter asking questions about a set up. When we walked in, we weren't acknowledged. No hello, no, I'll be right with you, nothing. We just stood there being ignored while looking right at the employee behind the counter. He gave us not one glance. The customer actually turned around and smiled at us, which was a sign that there was life somewhere. All we wanted was juice, we knew which one and we were ready to purchase. Had this employee just looked up and acknowledged us being 4 feet from him, and had he been aware of true customer service, he would have told the gal that he was working with, that he would be right back, taken our money, given us the juice and we would have left. He still had 20 minutes with this woman, at the very least, since she was buying a new set up. He honestly was going to make us wait that long just to buy a juice? Seriously? We walked out and the employee didn't even bat an eye. We were 2 feet from him at the door. He didn't stop us. It's like we were ghosts. Unbelievable. We've never experienced this level of being ignored in any vape shop in the area. I guess Frank, who is the manager, states on his page that his customer service is "UNMATCHED," that his ultimate goal is to help in any way possible, that they have been providing SUPERIOR service since 2013. Really!? Hey Frank? Maybe you should tell your employees what your expectations are in your business because if you don't, you'll be closed in a year. We'll never go back.

They don't show you the ring up of the items or tell u the total. They don't flip the screen with any transaction information on them. When I realized how much I was charged I was LIVID. I called for an explanation and got none. Can't return or exchange either. DO NOT SHOP HERE their business practices are shady and they are over charging people. Next time I'll drive out to 90 for the extra 5 mins. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. I won't be back. Once inside I felt more comfortable and even more comfortable after being greeted by the girl working the counter she was very friendly and directed me to the few flavors they stock under the fume brand - so I purchased all of the black ice pens they had in stock I believe that to be four.
