For my second visit, Chris was the employee. Unfortunately I had misread the deals and created more work for him, yet he didn't seem inconvenienced and offered options in my budget. I don't usually write reviews, but I am a little shook. I am new to this experience and the first time I went in there the store was amazing but people are so well educated and it really helped me make my choices. Second time was also amazing great service, great education, and again made my easy. They have a new man working there, and I didn't love my experience with him because he didn't look at what I've purchased before his recommendation just didn't work for me. It wasn't a good fit so I went to return several items that I purchased and I got that same man and I was trying to explain that I'd like a certain flavor and he almost was. Arguing with me that that company doesn't make that flavor and I'm like I'm telling you I have it in the glass tube anyway it went back back-and-forth and then he tries to push the computer screen towards me to show me it doesn't exist. It doesn't exist and I said you're aggravating me and he stormed off and he says well then you can go get somebody else to help you. A terrible experience a manager came out to help me. He was nice but really didn't address what happened I said I'm uncomfortable and I'm shaken. so I have to say I do have a credit there for my return, but I'm gonna have to try to make it a point to go when that man is not there and then I'm gonna have to start looking at some of the higher rated dispensaries around. i'm just very disappointed. The door was locked when I tried to open but when I went to my car and waited 10 minutes ,I kept seeing customers walk out but the employee kept locking the door behind each client that left the store . I feel this company should be held liable for the defects in their products. I just won't do business with a company that know they have defects and yet doesn't fix the issue or set it right immediately. I brought back a defective cart and was told they would replace it but I would have to wait up to 40 minutes. That is just not the way medicine is to be distributed. read more
