If you're in line with the pink haired male cashier do Yourself a favor and move to another line. He is the rudest most disrespectful person working customer service I have ever met. He told us "I don't know why you're putting items on the conveyor belt" (it's our turn next is that not what they are for??) he threw all of our items into the customer before us cart and then proceeded to start scanning the following customers items before the customer before us even had time to get her items and move. He really needs to learn how to treat customers or go get a new job not interacting with humans since that's such a miserable thing for him to do. read more

I just love this particular store. All the employees remember me, they're so nice. The store is ALWAYS clean and I know where everything is. Plus they always have great sales on non food items!! I drive 25 mins out of my way to go to the aldis vs the one closer to me! read more

Was here today, only two check out lane opened with about 15-20 people waiting. After about 45 minutes the cashier decides to call for backup. Only ONE cashier came to help, as soon as this ONE backup came the other cashier closed her lane. So back to two cashiers. Never seen such disrespect and lack of customer service like this. As if it couldn't get any worse, the lane I was in came to a stall because the cashier couldn't break a $100 bill.. wtf so more waiting! It took a group of firefighters coming through for her to decide to reopen her lane. Not only was she full of attitude, she was nasty to me as well. The customer ahead of me didn't even pay yet and this cashier already demanding me to hand over my two item I was purchasing. I didn't request to speak to her manager because I don't think reporting her atrocious behavior to her manager would make a difference. As soon as I got to my car I started reading the reviews and you can tell from the reviews they don't care. Never been to ALDI's, I usually shop at Walmart, but they were out of tomatoes so decided to swing by ALDI to pick some up, what a huge mistake. ALDI's cashiers get paid to sit on their butts and ring up a few things a day. What is the fuss about? What's even worse ALDI's cashier gets paid above minimum wage. ALDI's pays $17 and change an hour to these disgusting cashiers. read more

Attended the grand opening of the latest Aldi location! Super convenient for the Daytona Beach area on Beville Rd right across from Wal-Mart. Prices are exceptionally low! Especially on fresh produce and Aldi brand items, which deserve to be given a chance! They also have wine, lots of baby stuff, and miscellaneous home items. Don't forget your bags and a quarter for the cart. They have a lot of coupons out in the paper and mail right now since they just opened! Only con is that the carts are very big for the aisles, but it was also super busy for grand opening. Will check back on this topic! read more

I love Aldi. Their produce is better than other grocery stores. Imported foods are very good. Prices area fraction of other stores. Beef isnt great except ground. Chicken is organic and great. Bouquets of flowers for 4.49. Whole Foods lite & cheap. read more

I discovered Aldi a few months ago and there is a lot to love and then there is the staff. Awesome produce selection at the lowest prices. Great private-label products are often better than the big brands. I especially like their salsa and queso, the great selection of cheeses, and high-quality frozen foods. The downside - the most unfriendly staff in town. They seem so annoyed by your presence. Not a single staff member has ever greeted me while shopping in the store. This is not just a matter of someone having a bad day, it is the norm. They have a morale problem and that usually comes from the top ie., store management and/or district/regional management. I was in the store earlier today and there were 4 workers unpacking merchandise and only 1 ringing with 6 people in line. The guy that eventually opened another register seemed genuinely pissed! I will go in there to get the stuff I want, but always dread it. read more

I don't know who hires employees for this store. A person was told to open a register. She was not happy and as she was tallying the groceries she just threw them in the cart. I told her not to do that and she replied, well you put theminabag here, you need to go over there. I told her that does not mean for you to throw them inthe cart. I almost just left them and walked out, but I didn't want to inconvience the other customers. I suggest that you explain to the hired help that without customers, there is NO job. read more

Love Aldi, Get twice the groceries you would at other stores for the money. Aldi quality is good, have to watch produce though this store tends to leave some stuff a little past its prime. specials are good but get it while you can when gone it's gone. It is my go-to store for groceries, wish they had more items but they pack a lot in a little space. Sure some employees could be better, but I don't go there to socialize so who cares. read more

Beville Road, Daytona Beach has unbelievably inconsiderate and slow stock clerks. They don't have sense enough to not run people down, crowd them or corner them when people are trying to shop. The stupidity is astounding! They don't have sense enough to stock the shelves NOT during peak hours. This is all the time at this location. I generally love shopping at Aldi's but NOT at this location. read more

We love this store! The prices are excellent as is the quality of their products. What sets it apart from other stores is the staff. Regina & Chris are so friendly and helpful. They remember you and your prior purchases and ask how you enjoyed them. We were hesitant when they first opened but Aldi is now our main grocery store. read more

Well this is my first time to an Aldi, I've heard amazing things so I was super excited...well with they gave you a heads up...You need 25 cents to get a cart and also they don't offer bags. Also, me of all people noticed they don't offer peppers of any kind...the value and quality was great.
