No residue no marijuanna smell which lets me know this was a DUD jar!!!!!!!!!!!! As much as I wanted to I didn't even bother to complain or go back because i opened the package when i got home !!! Plus I would've been mad af if they didn't believe me and was looking at me crazy. I literally had to take the lost because its my word versus theirs. Pls pls Go to another dispensary... but if u really like Trulieve I recommend going to another location than the one on Busch .... PS Surrterra, Curaleave and Planet 13 to name a few have BETTER customer service and better PRICES and product!!! Hell I'll even go to expensive ass COOKIES before I ever go back here !!! I contemplated even writing this review I was just going to give one star but forget that I rather warn others!!! Pls check yah jars at every dispensary (the packs are easier because you can feel the buds) but the jars u can't. Another great trulieve location. I love trulieve because Of all their different flower strains. I've seen some of their flower coming in over 30% which is substantially higher than other dispensaries in the area. Fast and easy online ordering and quick checkin and out to make my shopping experience quick and fast without long waits. I also feel trulieve is a innovator when it comes to trying new products. The machine that takes order is about five minutes too long I literally hate this company

just had the worst experience ever as a disabled vet I really rely on my meds and with my job I always order ahead of time for speedy pick up. I walked in at 827 after watching 6 ppl get called ahead of me and 20 min go by I ask the guy at the front counter did he check me in as a walk in and he rudely told me everybody is getting checked in the order they came. I know as a pick up order I am not suppose to be placed as walk in with everyone else and he said that's how he's doing it. I asked who's the manger he said him I asked who was over him he said nobody and his name is Tim or Tom then he embarrassed me by having security put me out n said now I'm not getting nothing. It was the worst experience ever and caused me to have an anxiety attack in my car as I said I'm a disable veteran with multiple health issues and not only was I embarrassed I was refused my medicine for asking a valid question. I want corporate or who ever own trulieve to contact me. I'm not letting this go. read more

But per my assessment of other medical marijuana products in the area vs. my knowledge of the industry, most product here is a recreational product without the pain relieving efficacy you'd need in a TRULY medical product. The location is a bit crowded cause there isn't a lot of parking and it's next to a light but once you go in it's super clean and very well put together. The staff is super friendly and informative on the products and they have lots of deals going on throughout the week. The only thing I didn't like is that they have the music playing to load, it was hard to hear people. read more

I always go to this trulieve since it is closest to where I live. The lunch time rush is insane even when you place an online order and that is only because they have very limited staff at that time of day. If you place and pick up before noon, you'll be in and out quick. They are all really nice to me but know how to keep the line moving. I just hope they find more help during the midday shift. read more

As a mm patient of Florida I'm very dissatisfied with this dispensary over the years. My most recent visit to the Busch Trulieve was awful. The manager and staff were laughing in the back with a single customer for over several minutes while patients walked in with no one to greet or check them in. And while speaking to the manager about the issue was approached by security whom had just arrived to work while we were chatting. Which I thought was unnecessary. This dispensary has a very stressful vibe - have PTSD and this dispensary takes me into that space. If you need empathy, help, kindness and you are really truly sick this is not the place for you. Always feel on edge and have to ask if getting all my discounts more than once and feel like I am a huge disturbance to the people that work their; the employees seem not happy. Lots of restrictions and seems like Trulieve does not trust their customers/patients? Find it impossible to order on the phone and on-line is too much. Don't waste your time by calling in unless you know exactly what you want. Just a couple years ago they were five stars on Customer Service - that means a lot to someone that needs MEDICAL CANABUS.
