This is my second time at a marijuana dispensary ever in my life. I must say that it was a pleasant experience, but I don't think that I'll be coming back. I just didn't like the vibe of the place. You can't really browse around and ask questions. You kind of have to know what you're doing or what you want before you go. I like to be able to make split-second decisions and be impulsive when I purchase things. I really like being able to look at the things that I'm going to buy before I buy them. I guess that's why I prefer curaleaf right down the road. I don't know I just felt like they were treating me like a criminal here. Like they didn't trust me not to steal from them. Also the products aren't as good as the ones I got down the street. I definitely think they could do more to make you feel welcome. It just has a very weird vibe in the place Since placing my original review I need to make an amendment because I have changed my rating to 1 star. I placed an order online for one price and when I got to the place the order total was double what my confirmation email said. I showed them and they admitted that there was a glitch on their end, but they still wouldn't honor the price in my email. So, I wasted my time, gas, and energy for no reason, and the girl "helping" me was very rude. Her name was Nichelle I suggest you avoid her and this place like the plague. They had one of the biggest sales of the year! On 8/20/21 - everything was 40% off! The process to checkout took a lot longer because their POS system was down due to the influx of orders they'd gotten that day. The shelves were empty for certain products as a result. In comparison to MUV, the products are very similar. My hubs was able to get more products for the same price as a result of the discount. The parking is OK - it's in a plaza & was busy on a Friday afternoon. read more

This location got off to such a great start. It was a pleasure doing business there. Then the Circus came to town. It was as though someone hit a switch and they were instantly horrible. My online orders started getting messed up every time. The belligerence of the staff was extraordinary. It became obvious that they hated their jobs (and customers) and simply stopped trying. Wait times became super long. When they screwed up my orders over and over, they didn't apologize or even appear to care. It looked as though everybody cold quit. I finally gave up. Went out and found a better dispensary. Better product, way lower wait times, much lower prices and a significantly better overall vibe. They've yet to make a mistake on an order. Clearly, Trulieve likes things the way they are and they will change nothing. That task is charged to the consumer. Calling them the Walmart of dispensaries is an insult to Walmart. read more

So the rumors are becoming true!! trulieve is becoming the ( wal-mart mentality of customer service) you know where help hardly exist and all corporate cares about is profit.. I'm annoyed with this company. If the doors close at 9:00pm the doors should be locked at 9:00pm not 8:58pm. Exactly what happened to me last night. The guy who worked up front than didn't come back to the front until 9:00pm again saying "now we're closed sorry" but I got here at 8:58pm ... still didn't allow me to get my order I had placed a few hours prior. Now have to drive & waste more gas to go back today. Completely out of my way. Will NOT be using this trulieve again. read more
