An attachment to my water pipe had broken. I went to different shops in town and was either…read moreignored, blown off, or told "we will see if we can get it". But not at Supreme...I went in and the owner was there and helped me. He informed me how rare the piece is I am looking for, and suggested a new pipe for now and he would begin a hunt for what I needed. So we went to work trying to find a new water pipe and, with his help, I found one that I have ended up loving! Had it for a couple months now. I went back in last week as a follow up to see if he found the piece I need. He hadn't but suggested a work around until he finds it. The idea worked great...until my cat decided my pipe needed to be attacked for some reason, and it fell of counter and his work around broke...pipe was fine! Heading in today to get a new 'work around' and see if he has found what I need. Both he and his employee were great! Kind, attentive, and dealt with my being very indecisive without a hint of annoyance. I know I would have been if I had been assisting me. But these two were stellar. I cannot imagine me going anywhere else in Winter Haven while I live here!

I walked in expecting to find your typical smoke shop, walls lined with shelves contains juices and a couple of cool pieces, maybe some CND gummies if I was lucky. But you guys! This place is way more than that! When I walked through the door, I made a beeline straight to the vape juices. It was like tunnel vision. It wasn't until I paid for my items and turned around when I first noticed just how much this store has inside it! They even have a huge line of juices that is their brand (it's called Fogworks and they have quite possibly every flavor you can imagine and some go up to 24mgs). On one side it's vape stuff, other side is smoke stuff. It's almost overwhelming! I've never seen such a huge variety of everything you might ever need. I didn't even get pics of their cases of pieces, sorry! The guy who helped me (his name is Brandon and deserves a raise lol) is so incredibly well versed in all of the products I discussed with him. He's super knowledgeable about everything. Brandon, thanks so much for answering all my questions, and for knowing so much. FYI, I went home, cleaned my tank and changed my coil and gave Don't Care Bear a try, and it may be my new favorite! Seriously, give this place a try. I have been vaping for 4 years and have only vaped one specific kind of juice .. it is almost impossible to find in Lakeland. Luckily I decided to give this shop another try (previously owned by, in my opinion, be a bunch of douches) .. they had my juice and have always restocked it for me after I told them I couldn't find it anywhere! Amazing selection and really great prices! 100% recommend!
