Service Advisor told me that I didn't have a Ford ESP Premium Care Warranty...I told him 3 times that I have the warranty and he still disagreed with me. It was only when a Ford Customer Advocate got involved that the service department realized that I had a warranty. Then we were casually brushed off as a refund check was issued...no apology or nothing. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Ford Service Department. I do not recommend.

Ok, so after years of driving without incident, had my first accident…read more My car was completely drivable, just banged up. However, the first place I went to told me it was "totaled" and that if I really wanted to, I could "buy it back" from the insurance company. Huh? Remember, this is my first ever wreck. I had not one clue! Thankfully, DENT BOYS were also on the list of go-sees so off I went. Justin patiently explained to this auto yard newbie what was truly meant by "totaled" and "buy back" but best of all; they brought me in UNDER the dreaded number so I didn't have to "buy back my car! My car, btw, is looking as it did when I first bought it over 10 years ago! AND they washed it, AND they added a new hubcap to replace its missing shoe all gratis! Made my day, it did! The Dent Boys are a great bunch of people. Hey, they even helped save an antique store and a church from burning down this past spring! So they are "heroes" in more way than one! Thank you Dent Boys for saving my little car!!
