I have always loved that they respond very promptly, and are great with following up with details or questions regarding the photoshoot/event that I may have missed to mention. Gives me extra assurance that they are on top of their game and that they are as excited as I am. Their photos obviously speaks for themselves, but what made me fell in love with their aesthetics is the way they tell a story through their work. The way they capture emotions and energy really helps me go back into the moment that may have been forgotten in time. Other than their professionalism and dynamic photography, they are just really pleasant to be with. You meet with them once and you'll feel comfortable having them around. I wouldn't hesitate hiring them! Once you work with them it's impossible to not hire them again.

Only after the night, I realized the amount of time and secret planning that went into the proposal to ensure every bit of the event was captured. I have only the best things to say about the entire experience and it is with great appreciation that I write this review. A quick 3 days after the proposal event, we received our photos and nearly each photo brought me to tears. Everything was happening so fast during the night that it was all a blur for us but thankfully they were there to capture so many great moments Their professionalism and experience capturing special moments truly came out in each and every photo. I'm so disappointed in my wedding photos!! After Ingrid talked with me about recording my wedding,…read more I paid extra in the hopes of a fabulous video. Besides showing 2 of the same shots in different places in the video, 2 very important events were missing! A special tribute by my niece was her beautifully singing "I have nothing" by Whitney Houston and not one note was included in the final video. I was so disappointed! But worse!: my son made a wonderfully funny and loving toast. He had the guests and everyone there in stitches and smiles. What was recorded? Nothing! Ingrid frantically went around the room asking if anyone had recorded it. Another niece had so she sent it to Ingrid to be included in the video but it wasn't included. I was so disappointed in the final product. I called Ingrid and asked that, if redoing the video would be too much work, maybe she could just send me a copy of my niece singing and my son's toast. She hung up on me!! I emailed her months later indicating that I was very troubled by this but have never heard back. Here it is, a year later, and I still lose sleep over the disappointment of not being able to enjoy a good video of a very special event.

An overdue, much needed thanks to Shannon 3/25/17…read more Shannon was truly a delight. She was personable and very professional. Her photography speaks for itself--fresh, unique, an ode to a bygone era. She was able to capture the unspoken, and that alone holds great significance. While capturing our wedding day was of great importance to my husband and I, we weren't well versed in wedding-photography...at all. We knew Shannon was professional, and we allowed her to direct us, and what she needed of us. She knows exactly what she has to do and when she has to do it (If you have a wedding planner or day-of planner, she can coordinate with him/her as well). A huge thanks to Shannon for thinking outside the norm and capturing our vision, even before we knew what that vision was. If she has an idea, she runs with it. I must commend her on simply taking charge and shooting what she needed to shoot (simple things like rings, flowers, vintage handbags, etc.). The afternoon of our wedding day, I remember standing in the foyer of the house we were living in. Shannon walked in, said her "hello's" and started looking for places to shoot. While we were getting ready, she asked for particular sentimental items of mine and photographed them. I would have never thought to capture such beautiful emotion, and she did it with ease. We are beyond thankful for the memories Shannon has gifted us. If there's anything more I could have asked, it would have been more time with her and her camera. However, time flies when you're so blissfully happy, and there's nothing about that I would have changed.

Whitney and Jesse shot our wedding and made us look like we were straight out of GQ. Unbelievably…read moreawesome work, and they're cool people, too. The only downside was all the aunts and uncles and cousins who kept getting into the shot - we probably would have had 1000 awesome pictures instead of just 600 awesome ones. Can't recommend these two highly enough. If you're getting married and you want some awesome photos, they will do you right. I'm sure they're also available for birthday parties and bar mitzvahs as well.

I can't tell you how happy and excited I was to have Krisandra Evans photograph our company's…read moreholiday party. I've known Krisandra for several years. I met her thanks to Yelp. She used to do event photography for Yelp and also provided photo booths at Yelp events. We have many mutual friends and acquaintances. Krisandra has gone on to photograph weddings (her main gig) and do family portraits and other shoots for those friends and acquaintances. Having gone to countless Yelp events and seeing so much of Krisandra's terrific handiwork, it was a no-brainer for me to propose hiring her to cover our parties. I knew she'd be a perfect fit. Thankfully, everyone was on board with the idea and we booked her and a photo booth for our holiday party. Her quoted price was within our budget and she offered to work with me if it wasn't. Krisandra's photo booth and photos were a hit! The photo booth was a lot of fun. We got to choose a backdrop. We went with silver tinsel on white because it was nice and festive. The photo booth came with holiday-themed props. The photo booth had an attendant, Krisandra's lovely assistant Betsy McPherson. There were four pictures per photo booth session and we got unlimited prints throughout the night. Krisandra worked with me to get my company's logo and some additional text to print on the bottom of each photo strip. It turned out great. Both Krisandra and Betsy had fantastic attitudes. They were super sweet, warm, and friendly (that's why I love Krisandra). Betsy encouraged people to enter the photo booth and have fun with the shots. I've encountered many photo booth attendants who just stood there and literally did nothing or they just sat on a chair on their phones; very impersonal and unprofessional. Krisandra and Betsy were the opposite. They engaged with people and really enhanced the party's atmosphere. While Betsy ran the photo booth, Krisandra was out on the floor taking various candids and posed shots and shots of the space/scene, etc. Her pictures were outstanding. She covered the event well and made everyone look good. We got our photo booth pictures in less than a day and the event pictures in about a week. I know Krisandra shot the wedding of a mutual friend not long before our party, so she had many photos to edit after our party, and it was the holidays on top of that. Communication was good. Krisandra and I mostly communicated via email and she was responsive (unlike other photographers in the Atlanta area). We booked her and Betsy for three hours and she showed up one hour early (on time) to set everything up. To be on the safe side, I booked Krisandra several months in advance and we worked together through paperwork and any other issues along the way. For example, the Atlanta Braves/SunTrust Park required she provide a certificate of insurance in order for her to shoot and provide a photo booth for our event. At the time, she'd never heard of such a thing (me neither), but she was able to work with her insurance provider and produce one for me. I can't recommend Krisandra enough for event photography and/or photo booth needs. I look forward to the next time we/I get to work with her.

STOP LOOKING AND JUST BOOK HER!…read more Working with Krisandra was amazing since day 1. She replies in a timely manner and will work with you the best she can on prices/packages. I contacted her via email and she requested a phone call to make sure we both got our points covered. At first, I was a little intimidated/shy about it ... but I am so glad I did it. It sold me right away! She was just so kind and touched upon a lot of points I hadn't even thought of. She did an engagement shoot and our wedding. If you are a shy person and socially awkward, like me... DO AN ENGAGENMENT SHOOT! Not only will you have a little practice before the big day, but you will feel so much more comfortable on the big day. For our wedding, we had her, a second shooter and another handling the photo booth. Photo booth was such a hit! All three ladies were very sweet. I love Krisandra's style of photography. She is very relaxed/real and NOT cheesy. Engagement pictures were great and I received them pretty quickly. I received about 6 pictures the day after our wedding - she did post a couple the day of , on social media. EVERYONE LOVED THEM. I cannot wait to get our wedding pictures!

The first assignment I give to all clients (and therefore gave to myself) is to determine your priorities as a couple. For Dustin and I, photography was at the top of our list. We wanted to take our time on this decision, because when the day has come and gone, all you have left are the memories in your heart and the photos. Dustin and I connected with several photographers and when everything was said and done, we decided that Taralynn was the gal for the job. Not only did we love her classic, clean and crisp captures, but found that her portfolio was the most consistent, meaning every shot was a "printable image" not just a select handful like others in her field. Beyond her talent behind the camera, we were also taken by her down-to-earth demeanor. From planning phone calls, engagement photos and the wedding day, Taralynn continued to operate from a place of professionalism, ease and grace. Here is a FACT about your wedding day - you are going to spend the most amount of time that day with your photographer; therefore, it is critical that you vibe with that person. In my experience - the best personality fit for most clients is a person that is cool, calm and collected - Taralynn is precisely that. I loved having her by my side all day - my unofficial eighth bridesmaid. My husband is a bit of an introvert, Taralynn made him feel comfortable behind the camera immediately and captured his essences to a T. She was the perfect addition to a perfect day. My sisters and I hired Suzy Q Photography to travel to our location and do a full photo shoot with…read moreour immediate family and extended family (about 20 people: 5 families ranging in age from 9 to 88 years old). It was a 40th anniversary present for our parents that was so memorable and fun! Sara, the owner and photographer, was amazing. She came with ideas, props, and help! Throughout the session, Sara was able to capture the personalities of each person through all the various poses and groupings, which if anyone has ever tried to photograph families - this can be a challenge. She was very reasonably priced and well worth it. Once we finished the shoot, she posted a "sneak peak" of our photos on her Facebook page for us to see and had the photos edited quicker than I ever thought. Her specialty is working with smaller shoots (babies, children, smaller families), but she did a really great job with a very large group. We did a few different poses with the large group, some that were far away on a beautiful stone bridge; one closer up; one where a few of us were behind various trees and peaking around; and one where each family was "clumped" together, but with a few feet between the next grouping. Very creative, different, and all of them turned out so good. We also did photos with individual families and people. I have been to her personal studio before prior to hiring her and she has some amazing options for back drops, props, and even has great outdoor surroundings if you did a session at her studio. Sara is very thoughtful and patient during her sessions. She takes your needs and wants to heart and is willing to try new things. We had a sense of what groupings we wanted to have photographed, which was helpful for such a big group and all of this was decided upon prior to the session - for costs purposes as well. I would highly recommend working with her and would hire her again any second of the day! I also know she has had a couple photographs published, which is pretty cool as well.
