On March 17, 2026, I received a courteous text message at 1:53 PM informing me that my payment hadn't been received and asking me to call or pay online. I immediately responded at 1:54 PM, apologized, and made the full six-month payment by 2:00 PM--within minutes. A representative named Tara confirmed she saw the payment, mentioned it typically takes a couple of days to clear, and said she would let me know if there were any issues. I never heard back--which I assumed was a good sign. I had more than enough funds in the account, and there was no reason to think anything went wrong. Fast forward to June: I find out--without any prior notice whatsoever--that my policy had been canceled. No phone call, no email, no text, no letter. Nothing. Apparently, the payment had "bounced," but I was never notified. Because of this failure in communication, I've now been placed in the high-risk insurance category, and my premiums have skyrocketed--all for something I wasn't even aware of. This is not only irresponsible, it feels negligent. I will be consulting a lawyer to explore my legal options, and I encourage others who have had similar experiences to stand up for their rights as well. We deserve better than this.

Then when i Asked State Farm if they had an itemized receipt they couldn't get one from the roadside company they use since they third party it out. So unbeknownst to me, this company charged whatever they wanted and State Farm wasn't able to get an itemized bill from them due to an NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT!!! What. I called the tow truck directly and they sent me a quote of what it should have costed Verse what I was charged. I paid double!!!! on top of paying the monthly fee for roadside. State Farm and Agero ARE A SCANDALOUS JOKE!!!! Someone make it make sense please. I do not recommend State Farm and definitely don't recommend Agero They BOTH refuse to give itemized receipt.
