I brought him in with me and nursed him with her help so that she could observe. She reframed so much of what the hospital told me generically and tailored it to me and our son based on how and what she saw. and she was spot on! he was happier, less frustrated and trusted me to read his cues correctly and get what he needed. it was an instant fix, I can't get enough of her!! She makes herself available by phone too if tou can't make it to her in person. She and Dr. Stephen are in this with you every step, honestly we couldn't have asked for more caring human beings to help guide us.

I do not recommend this practice to any new parents, I have had nothing but terrible experiences with the practice from the day I stepped foot into their offices. Additionally, in my passings I've been told by other parents of similar horror experiences which haven't been documented. Here is why: The wait time to get into the room is about 15 minutes and then you can plan another 15 minutes before the doctor comes to see you. If you have an outstanding bill, be prepared to be slapped in the face the moment you walk in looking for payment on your next visit. Want to make another appointment? You'll have to call and do that yourself, front of office will never ask you and you will walk out of the office as if you never arrived. Forget even discussing your personal views of vaccines during pregnancy Dr. Auerbach has his own agenda and views he will try to throw into your face. Have a disability? Be prepared to be rudely asked about it, in a manner that makes grown people embarrassed. Want to seek a new office or leave, be warned Auerbach has eyes and ears on social media and will unprofessionally rebuttal to defend his honor through other social media members who engage in a game of telephone, he said she said. I simply called and spoke to Wendy about a couple of office visits. Some of these visits were less then 3min. I perfectly understand insurance but requested to speak with Dr. Kim on a issue. He referred me to an infectious disease doctor who never treated me since the medication was very strong and could damage my kidney. Many months after a near death experience in 2023/2024, I was still feeling pain in my liver. Dr Passalaqua was recommended and when I told her my disease doctor said my discomfort and pain would subside, she yelled at me to say "Who told you that I shouldn't experience any pain, she said it should/ could take a year and a half to heal since my abscesses were so bad and I was days from dying. Now I am sick again and exhausted all tests available and when she came in the room she yelled that my fungal issues from a few years ago were resolved. I was Never retested, so her aggressive attitude was not warranted. She continued to be condescending and when I tried to explain my symptoms and tests to date she kept shutting me down. I aggressively through her out of my room and asked her not to return! Also when I called her answering service last evening asking to speak to the on call doctor, which I understand she is the only doctor in her office for, her office staff disguised her self as Dr Passalaqua. Her voice was the same as the office girl who said an August 6th was the soonest appointment. It was unacceptable because I have been battling symptoms since April 30. Time is of the essence and I am my only advocate. Needless to say I will never return or recommend Dr Passalaqua ever again. I called my former disease specialist and they order blood test as that is how it was diagnosed back in 2023. She wanted to do a sputum test. She was NOT listening to my requests or concerns!! A horrible experience despite her 30 years of experience told to me by the attending ER doctor.
