Highly recommended. Help when you need it most. Mr. Patrick has been our agent since 2004. We have had his help with claims on both the home and autos. He also reviews the policy to make certain we have all the discounts. Mr. Patrick made the difference when we had claims and the payment on the claim went smoothly, after we asked Mr. Patrick to advocate for us with the State Farm home office. You cannot get better than somebody who will help with the claim. So good my mom now has Mr. Patrick since 2010. She had wind damage to her home. Beyond Horrible !!! In my 40 years of driving, I have never had such a bad experience with an insurance company, EVER !!! My tag was randomly checked by local police, and then got pulled over for Not Having Insurance. I showed the officer my VALID and NEW Insurance card, which I had paid for, IN FULL, several weeks prior. I then called Trummie Patrick III's office, NO ANSWER after business hours, then called the toll free #, only to find out that they showed my payment was received, but NOBODY (at Trummie Patrick III's office) entered my infomation into the State's computer system. Therefore, I was not legal to drive, and RECEIVED A TICKET and HAD MY CAR IMPOUNDED !!! After all this, it still took THEM, a MONTH to enter MY information into the State' database... IF THIS ISN"T ENOUGH ???, I was CANCELLED a Month Later !!! read more
