I was suspect of a smooth post acqusition process and delivery of client service. However Daniel's team led by Faith Owings, calmed things down, remained visible to me, did not shy an away from my concerns and provided transparent satisfactory answers to any issue I raised. There are lower rates elsewhere but if are looking for responsive client services, insurance knowledge and a true client relationship, well you get what you pay for. Daniel Cochran and Faith are some of the best I had have had for my insurance needs. They make my premium payments less important in the scheme of things.
