I had a ton of fun perusing the store. There were so many things to look at. Lots of holiday options but also a few staples if you just need a local grocer. They carry dried fruits, ghee, and locally produced butter, honey, and grass fed organic beef. I believe almost everything they have is non-GMO if not organic. They will gladly tell you what is what, and why. The ladies that run it are very nice and extremely knowledgeable. They can help you make choices that won't disagree with your dietary issues. Not knowing much about lentils, I told her I wanted just enough green and brown lentils to make two batches of soup and in 20 seconds she had them for me in two small baggies. I even got to sample some of the dried fruit and vegetarian bacon bits. They're located on a small street that gets very little traffic. There's plenty of room to park on the street, but you could probably just park right in the street and no one would notice. I believe they are only open Thurs - Sat, but if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed.

The center island was most appealing to me for it's mountain of salt water taffy in all sorts of flavors. $5.49/lb. The woman working affirmed that I was free to sample as I wished. So I began sampling taffy flavors, beginning with honey. The woman said that vanilla is her favorite, so I tried the vanilla as well. Both the honey and the vanilla flavors were very good. I sampled a few other flavors and was satisfied. Sold. I left there with a pound of salt water taffy in hand.

Have a fantastic day and let me know if anyone gives you any more trouble!" The boomer left the store screaming that she was going to die and I finished my shopping while breathing freely.
