On a separate visit to the property, another employee refused to make a copy (insisting she didn't know how to make copies) for an elderly man who pays for his unit by check and there was a big scene between them. I attempted to help the young woman with the copy machine and suddenly she made the copy just fine on her own and did not need assistance. When you're on their property, these are the kind of things you can expect - attitude and resistance to be helpful.

This is gross and disturbing. I paid until October 24th, and was told to move my stuff out by the 18th. Again, WITHOUT any notice. They said they sent a paper letter to the address on file ( 21st century!!!). Why not send a pigeon??? I asked my tenants to check - no mail from them. The letter probably got lost, but I was joy able to receive it anyway. Which is why other companies use emails and phone calls! This is an extremely important matter, and I believe it was important to MAKE SURE your clients actually RECEIVED the notification. No email from them, no phone call, no notification in the app (just the ones about them charging me). The manager is just a joke - rude, ignorant and unprofessional. They hang up on me. Upd. I have sent you an email - no response Upd 2: so they simply sent me an email notice JUST NOW! Ridiculous . Shithole enterprise. My friend went there and spoke with a manager today, and he said that "the owners don't want him to tell anyone", and he was going out of his way to let people know.
