I had usually been very pleased and highly recommended his office due to the whole team being excellent. My last experience there was the final straw. When the receptionist made it very clear to everyone in the waiting area that I couldn't leave until I set up a Care Credit account (repeated it multiple times, pointed at me while stating 'You can't leave! You need to stay right there!' While she was helping another client). My spouse works for a municipality and is reimbursed for dental work so it looks like we don't have insurance on paper--long story short she could have handled the matter in a much more professional way. Hollaring and singling out a client in front of others is not the way to do it. By the way, my 'outstanding balance' was for work I had done and had received a quote for. However, when I received the bill it was $200 more than what was quoted due to the dentist making a change with out consulting me first. Did I mention they tried to take X-rays on my 5 year olds baby teeth? Must be having troubles making that monthly rent payment....
