Took a bath and the next morning woke up to a dining room covered in water. Damage control came in and saved the day. They covered all the doors with plastic so that the rest of the house would be protected and then they dried the room with these huge machines. They also ripped out the old ceiling and added the new one. Fast forward 4(ish) years later and the ceiling was sagging a little. Not knowing what else to do we called the company again hoping they could fix it before the Thanksgiving Holiday. We understood that the ceiling was no longer under warranty and did not expect the work to be done for free. Well the company came in and said that they would fix the ceiling on them even though it was not there fault. I spoke with Carolyn the owner, and she declined our business. She stated that she was not paid by another subcontractor of the cable company in the past, and now she wasn't taking any business from any subcontractors of the cable company. I offered to pay her with a Company credit card immediately, to insure that they would be paid promptly and she still declined our business. Unbelievable.
