When I wanted to cancel membership the same lady wants $70 something to cancel it?!?! She skipped all this, and at the end I'm short $70 just for being a members. Not worth it, and honestly she can tone down her attitude specially when she's costing someone money.

Maybe some quiet soothing music would help to block out some of the background noise? I would have also liked a bit more checking in about pressure, as I could have used quite a bit more pressure but felt like it was hard to get a word in. The nail colour selection is pretty limited. After my first few appointments I was thrilled with the impeccable service from Michelle and my now flawless eyebrows. One day Michelle noticed my finger nails were pretty ruined from a bad shellac manicure I previously had. She explained to me the nail services she provided and how it is different from typical nail salons. At this point I just wanted my nails to get back to normal then I would think about trying it again. She then recommended a nail serum for me to use to help speed up the recovery - which eventually saved my nails - so now I was willing to try her shellac manicure. Michelle is so detailed oriented and knowledgeable about nails and the shellac process. It's now been many years and I can gladly say I am 100% satisfied with my nails (and all services for that matter) every time. It's tucked away in a quiet corner, which is great and the massage therapists are all super friendly. If I'm having a rough day I'll sometimes pop over for a quick 15 minute treatment, which runs you $25 - well worth it in my opinion. That being said, I would recommend making an appointment in advance as I have walked over a few times to find the place full. Anyway, if you're looking to release your daily stress and tension - this is a lot cheaper than the bar and much better for you!
