Second, they require masks and distancing. Third, they are soo efficient and with efficiency sometimes the friendliness is missed but not here. We were greeted immediately by a host by the front. When we shared what we needed, she suggested we make an appointment because it would take a long time. (we walked in an hour before closing). She mentioned she only had to loan officers and an appointment would be best for better preparation. At that time one of the loan officers came over, and graciously answered some questions and then went even further as to walk us to her desk. She answered EVERY question, nicely, with details and educated us thoroughly. Theresa, was great, she directed us to the Navy Fed website, which has everything, calculators, different options, refinance vs heloc and the host even gave us a APR rate sheet. We were very impressed and do felt much more confident in selecting this bank for our needs.

I called Space Coast Credit Union the quotes me 2.44% didn't care about a stupid CarFax did everything over the phone and internet. Also gave me $175.00 in a account with them. I immediately re fi my wife's car which was with priority to space coast. Same great deal. I am closing all of our checking and completely cutting ties with priority. I said I would and I will.
