I was given a referral to call this company by a current customer to see if they could help answer…read morea question or help direct me to who I should be reaching out to or could help. Instead I was immediately disregarded by whomever answers the phone before I could even finish my question she interrupted me. She refused to listen to my question. I was told no that I can't talk to anyone and they aren't talking to or taking new customers. I asked if I could just ask someone a question to see if they could suggest someone to me and she said no both are in appointments and can't help anyways. She suggested call another time blowing me off and being rude, almost as though I was bothering her. I asked if someone could call me back and she heavily sighed and said well then what is your question so I can save them time from speaking to you. I responded nevermind forget it if its that much of an inconvenience, nevermind. Not a great way to build a positive reputation. I just had a simple business/personal tax question! Not a good front of the office look for such a small business! Don't waste your time! Your money and work aren't worth it to them!
