From the very start to the end and got our claim pushed through. My wife and I were at ease of mind that our house needs were taken care of and things were done right. I had to call almost weekly at first to get any answers. When I said I wanted to go to mediation, I had to tell them how to set it up because my rep had no clue. He once again pushed to go to litigation with one of their lawyers. He finally agreed to mediation and set it up after being told how to do it. The resulted in me having to hire another inspection at the cost of over $2k and an umpire at about $2400. When I requested photos that they took for the adjuster and umpire, they said Citizens had them and Citizens says that they never received them. Now that everything is settled, they're claiming I received about $5k more than I did from insurance to get more money. Seriously find a legitimate company. Ask your insurance agent if they have recommendations or look around.
