I really tried to avoid having to write a negative review. I reached out numerous times trying to get my questions answered. I am a nanny and was with trusted nanny match for the last year. At first they were very helpful and responsive. I went through the vetting process. Did the zoom call. Uploaded all the documents that was asked. Etc. During the last year they reach out to me about potential jobs. Unfortunately none of them worked out because I didn't have my covid booster. As recent as the end of February, the owner Deniz reached out to me about a position. It again didn't work out because I wasn't boosted. At the end of April I reached out because there was a job posting I was interested in. I went on their site to login and apply. I got an error message that I no longer had profile access and to call if I thought it was a mistake. It clearly was so I emailed and called several times before finally hearing back from someone. Although their responses, to this day, have yet to address the actual issue and answer any of my questions. Now they have just stopped responding. I have been a nanny for many years and have been with several other agencies over those years who have all been extremely wonderful and professional. Which was even more surprising how unprofessional and unresponsive trusted nanny match ended up being.
