There was someone in the office who was on the phone and even made eye contact with me and could see that I was trying to get in but didn't even acknowledge me. So I go back out to my car to wait. It's then that I received a voicemail message saying that my appointment was being canceled because somebody didn't show up who was supposed to interview me. I wasted so much time this morning with this company. They are not close, about a half hour away, which is why I left early because construction is bad and I didn't want to chance being late. This company needs to get their act together. There is no way on Earth that I would trust this company to help me find a job after what they showed me this morning.

But honestly, I wanted to stay local and go through a smaller office to feel a more 1-on-1 experience. So, that's what I did. Everyone in the office was all smiles and Ken Turkington especially made everything simple from day one. This was a big step for me so I wanted to feel like my needs, concerns and questions were being answered honestly. I now know they were.
