This place is a good place, if you're trying to get some quick money. They generally find you…read moresomething the same day you walk in and sign. However, the jobs are truly temporary. Sometimes they are for a day, sometimes they may last a week or two. There are moments where there are potential long term assignments. However, those don't come by too often. The pay is weekly, and they are quick about fixing errors on your check. If you have a car, there are more opportunities for you here. Jobs are usually between $9.25 and $12.00 per hour. It's a great place for people trying hard to find a job but can't because of certain things on their record. My only issue is the wait time. However, that's to be expected; so I can't complain too much. That's why I gave them only four stars. Other than that, it's a great place to get a few buck for a while until you find a job. Word of advice: as long as you go to work and keep Minute Men posted on any issues and changes, you will be fine. Once you start leaving the job site without notifying Minute Men's knowledge, they will not help you anymore. They MUST be notified, and they recommend you finish out the day before quitting. I would recommend it to people trying to make ends meet until they find something and for people that may have a record and trying to start over.

They're too many of us experienced workers that have been treated a certain manner and talk to a certain way by the staffing specialist just because they have the control and power over, giving us jobs and taking us off jobs. Specifically the Westland office now mind you, I said everyone experience is different. However, the Westland office Cynthia and Brandon, they need to be investigated for code of conduct policy violations. No one cares about the actual workers, opinions, thoughts and views. No one calls to do any type of survey or anything to get our opinions on how we can make the company better at all and I'm tired of it. Upper management of people ready. They can care less and I do mean they can care less. I have two interactions with the marketing branch manager. I think it is two very unpleasant phone calls with that gentleman. They offered me a position at Wixom and it was too far for travel on my car so I was told they would have something for me closer I went there and I had some issues with my son's health and had to leave early twice. I even warned the supervisor before the fact and he fired me after making me come all the way up to the job in Livonia. Now Ive been calling for work and working with this nce young man named Jason. My views of him are different now because as he knew my situation he put me on the do not call list and when I would call and ask for him he would take the call and feed me bullshit about how there are no positions instead of telling me the truth. new management is fucked up. Don't bullshit me tell me the truth. I'm wasting my time calling in to get a job you wont hire me for!
