Had a great time as always at the game tonight! Even better since MBraves came out with the win. Everything moved very smoothly and coming in and leaving the park. It felt soooo good to see people out enjoying themselves and I'm glad I was finally able to make it to a game.

Such a cute little stadium. Everytime I come here, I have a good time. All the ballpark food you need. Beer is out in the walking area (including some malt drinks), and liquor is at the bar. Clean location. Bright green fields. The sunset looks gorgeous over the stadium. Have fun with your Mississippi Braves!

A well maintained and clean ballpark. Very family friendly with a multitude of attractions or games for the kids to enjoy between innings and after the game. Food is standard ballpark affair with nachos, hotdogs, burger, cheesesteak sandwiches, peanuts, crackerjacks, etc. Beer is somewhat affordable and there's a variety to choose from in 16oz and 32oz servings. To purchase alcohol you'll need a drivers license- verified wristband; which is nice and the tables to get them are easy to find in the concourse. Soda and water is expensive but regardless it's still enjoyable to have a cold drink on a Mississippi-hot day. The general and field admission tickets are very affordable and the seating is still good; just remember to bring your sunscreen and hat. Club seating, right behind home plate, is shaded excellence and the catering service provided there is worth every penny. I have not experienced a box seat in the upper concourse/roof section but I can imagine that they are very nice for the cash spent. The bathrooms are relatively clean for a ballpark hosting over 3,000 attendees per game so there's no real complaining so long as you have running water and electricity. The staff members are kind, courteous, and always eager to help. I always look forward to watching a ballgame at Trustmark Park.

    Affordable prices.

It's a great place to see some AA baseball. Tickets are not too pricey and it's a good place to brings kids for a fun time.

Although Jackson is a relatively small city, the Mississippi Braves are a nice addition and the park is great.

My parents are huge Braves fan and they were both extremely excited to have the minor league team come here! I've been to only one of the Mississippi Braves games and it was a ton of fun. I went with my parents and my two daughters. It just so happen they were playing the Jacksonville Suns (where I have lived for 17 years and where my daughters are from) that night. The game was very excited and both teams played very well. Of course my daughters and me rooted for the Suns all night long! I'm pretty sure we were the only people in the stands who weren't rooting for the Braves. About halfway through the game, the people behind us finally leaned down and said, "Y'all must be from Jacksonville." The girls and I gave them huge smiles and said, 'Yes we are... how'd you guess?!" And we all had a good laugh at that one. My Suns won that night! Yay! But the Braves didn't make it easy on them. I would love to catch another Braves game sometime when I visit Mississippi whether they happen to be playing the Suns again or another team. If you want to have a great night of family fun, then head to a Braves game!

It was even more thrilling when I was a teenager and no longer had to be accompanied by my parents!! Oh... the memories!! LOL How my friends and I managed to stay out of trouble, I have no idea! The State Fair still continues to come around at the beginning of October every year, but the grounds themselves aren't nearly as nice as they once were. Time has definitely taken its toll on the pavement, etc. Basically, watch out for cracks and don't trip. The Mississippi Coliseum is also located on the Fairgrounds which is where concerts are held as well as the Dixie National Rodeo (which comes around once a year). During these times, the Fairgrounds become parking for the Coliseum. As someone else mentioned in a review, the fence is now gone, so the huge slide (which is officially open during the State Fair) is now fair game all year long. I wouldn't want to be caught though because I would assume trespassing can come into play. Also, this is most definitely not the part of town I would want to be in late at night as it's not exactly safe. So play on the slide at night at your own risk and try to not get arrested.
