A distinguishing feature is: they don't do any of the tree cutting or removing. So, they don't have the financial incentive (i.e., conflict of interests) to push for clear cutting everything in sight. We made the mistake of hiring a conflicted arborist and he claimed all of the giant trees surrounding our house were about to fall and needed to come down. Tree Solutions' second opinion was they were all perfectly healthy and nothing needed to be done. That was 8 years ago and none of the trees have given us trouble.
