Overcharged for change orders that we were quoted previously much less. This led to thousands of dollars of increases that we did NOT agree to, nor did they make us aware of these price changes. Tod, the owner was incredibly rude towards the end. Seth the project manager was incredibly disrespectful and rude throughout the project, not fixing mistakes, not respecting our requests, etc. He lost all his workers during our project, and ended up with workers that were NOT experienced towards the end to put in our fence, you can already tell how that turned out.

    I had Levy's install a retaining wall to extend the area in front of my garage and to change the…read moreslope of the driveway to direct rainwater away from my house, 3.5 years ago (Jan 2020). The sloping wall seen in these picture is the result of the contractor not compacting the backfill before installing the steps. I incorrectly assumed that a company involved with this type of work would have known to do this step. I guess they saved $100 on a compactor equipment rental on a $15k job. The fact that they didn't appear to own any of the equipment they used should have been a sign that they don't normally do this type of work. Anyway if you want the job done right, probably best to go with a competitor, oftentimes low bid is not the best value.
