You have to walk around 10 minutes before you hit the main street with all of the shops. The area seems kind of run down a tad bit and theres barely any restaurants close by.

It is just a short walk to the old city and numerous historical sites. The hotel is has a contemporary look. The rooms and public spaces are well cared for and the staff is friendly and accommodating. My particular room was nothing special. The queen size bed was okay, but a little flimsy and not well anchored. Bathroom was large as was shower (no bath tub). Restaurant is a pleasant space when TV is not on. The menu contains typical Spanish dishes. Spanish style breakfast is included with stay.
