My wife and I recently used this branch to open an account for her. As she is a foreigner this is sometimes quite a difficult process but we had no problems at this branch. We were taken to an office and must have spent about 45 mintes to an hour opening an account. We were not rushed at all and the advisor who served us was very friendly and chatty. There was a fairly big queue but that is to be expected. This branch offers what you need without needeing to go into the city centre.

There is also a very small kind of reception desk where there is usually a member of staff on hand for queries. They will also usually direct you to, and help with, using the automated deposit machine. There are also some offices. We visitted to arrange to open a current account for my wife. We were taken to an office where the member of staff filled out all the forms - just asking us the questions. Unlike Barclays these were basinc financial questions - they did not appear to be trying to sell us any other products such as house insurance. Whenever I have been in the queues have been minimal. As this is in North End it's convenient if you are walking but not really if you are driving.

So far I've only been in a couple of times but on each occassion the staff have been both knowledgable and helpful. My wife and I went in to change her surname on our joint account (to mine) and the guy on the reception desk made this a much easier process than we were epxecting. There are a number of cashier windows in this branch and when I went there was harldy anyone in the queue. This bank is at the bottom end of North End. As usual with North end convenient if walking but not if you are in your car.

Sometimes very useful. There can be queues inside especially at lunchtimes but they go through customers pretty quickly and have always been helpful when I've been in there!

When I go in there is always a queue for the customer services and the cashier desks. They now have a ticket system for the customer service where you take a ticket with a number on and they call your number when it is your turn. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. I have been given some information one day and told I was given the wrong information the next time.
