____ Hugely disappointed in TSR. Absolutely avoid unless your case is a sure payday for THEM. I have endured months without communication, and when I reach out I get vague answers if any at all. The last communication he thought he could get it settled in a month. It has been another six. It has now been almost three years since I hired them to handle my car accident with no real answers nor any money for lost wages or to pay my medical bills. I started out with one lawyer and he "left" the firm which left my case dangling in the wind. Finally slightly addressed by one of the partners.... then shelved again! I thought that after one lawyer was so bad, that i would have some additional help to make up for him... but nope... he was just as bad. I believe I have had four now. I am certain if my case was more serious they would spend a little time on me. My back injury resulted in 2 surgeries and TSR still has not talked to my surgeon! They actually lost all of the information about my accident more than once. They didn't know the damages to my car, or what it cost to fix. If your case is a "slam dunk", give the money to a different firm anyway, these guys don't care about their clients much- if they did, I would hear from them with some answers. I have a feeling any money in my settlement is likely all going toward their nice cars and vacations and not to me to pay my medical bills or lost wages. My case is still in their hands as I write this, I am unable to go with representation this long after my accident. When I contacted another lawyer he said no one would touch it because they probably already made enough mistakes that it had harmed my class. I am so frustrated.
