When I originally called to make the appointment I asked that he just do five bedrooms and our stairs. When he arrived I asked him if he could also do two area rugs, three couches and an upholstered chair. He didn't bat an eye and said that he would gladly take on the extra items. He got on his phone and called one of his employees to come help him and they completed the whole job in about 4-5 hours. Brad really takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to remove stains (including numerous dog pee stains). He is not satisfied until all stains are gone. I called TST on Monday and the carpet was cleaned by noon Wednesday. I was pleased with their responsiveness scheduling the work, promptness arriving at the scheduled time, and efficiency completing the work quickly. I was completely satisfied with the quality of their work. I was cleaning the condo of a deceased relative, and wasn't even sure this carpet could be restored to cleanliness. The carpet was extremely dirty; it was 20 years old and hadn't been cleaned in years. The transformation was incredible! I was pleasantly surprised how good the carpet looked after TST finished cleaning it. In addition, the price was quite reasonable. TST is great. Our house in Austin, TX, was flooded in a flash flood in October and we got ahold of Brad the next day. Brad drove in from Florida and literally saved our house. He knew what he was doing and was very thorough. He even went above and beyond his duties and helped us move out ruined furniture and pull up flooring. He made sure every inch of our house was dry before leaving. Absolutely outstanding customer service and quality work. My wife and I recently purchased a condo in Naples, Florida. The carpet appeared to us to be in need of replacing but we decided to call a pro to see if the stains and matting could be corrected. Brad did a great job on our carpeting and furniture. He also gave us an honest opinion on cleaning our oriental rugs. He was concerned about taking on the cleaning job and actually took one of them to an Oriental rug dealer to get an opinion. There was an issue with my water line which caused my toilet to overflow and created a ton of water damage throughout my house. Brad came out in record speed and quickly addressed the issue and got right to work. The mess was cleaned up in it's entirety in only three short days and even cleaned up our carpet and tile to look new again. I have never left a Yelp review before, but felt the need to do so for Brad. Working with him has been an absolute pleasure. My dog caused a huge mess all over my carpet. I called him in the evening and he was able to come the next morning. It was a big job that required him to come back a second time to finish up. Brad did an excellent job. He was able to remove stains that I thought were in the carpet for ever. Brad does a fantastic job. I spilled a glass of red wine on a light carpet, creating quite a stain. I first called a different cleaning company, but was unhappy with the results. I then found TST, and Brad came to the house very promptly. He did a wonderful job of cleaning, at very reasonable prices. The stain is no longer detectible at all.
