Business is slow in response, doesn't have good communication skills and the out come is not as promised. Also the business owner is not professional, gets upset when you question anything he says. The gentlemen that came to home made me feel very comfortable, one of the technicians even played with my toddler so I could speak to the lead regarding insurance and billing options for our damage. We had a toilet overflow. Excellent company for professionalism, pricing, and customer care! I am so grateful for iMold and the amazing job the iMold team did at our recently purchased home in Cape Coral. When we purchased the home, an independent mold inspector explained that the mold test results were so high, it was dangerous for people to even be in the home. We were panicked because my newly married son and daughter-in-law could not move into their new home. The original mold remediation company we had called came out and charged me $250 for an estimate and said they'd deduct the $250 from my bill once we used their company for the mold remediation process; they provided me with an estimate that was over $14,000. Being panicked about our situation and unknowledgeable about mold remediation, we almost went with this company; however, while out running errands, we came to a stoplight and in front of us was an iMold truck. I had never heard of iMold and I took a picture of the truck with my cell phone so I could remember to research this company and think about getting a second opinion. Thankfully, I researched all the local mold remediation companies on the Internet, and ended up choosing iMold because of their great reviews. The owner of the company, Mr. Brian Bland, came out to our new home, took pictures, and then prepared an estimate for FREE (unlike the other mold remediation company who I now feel scammed us), and the iMold estimate was almost HALF of what the other mold remediation company was going to charge us. Our family is so grateful for iMold; iMold took care of everything for us, made sure the home would be safe for my son and daughter-in-law; and after their sanitization process, they left the new property SPOTLESS.
