That's outrageous! the work was already done though. It was my fault for not asking pricing first. While doing my nails, all the tech did was bad mouth the salon who had done them previously. When I would ask questions about what they had specifically done wrong, the lady couldn't really give me any thing. I had my nails done on a Thursday. I had a 4 day weekend so I didnt return to work until Monday. Oved the weekend, I didn't do any yard work or dishes - nothing that would normally damage nails. When I returned to work yesterday, I literally only did paperwork all day. I have a nail on my left hand that had chipped off quite a bit of the polish. on my right hand, I had the same thing. The tips of the nails are not painted, so unless you are looking at them straight on, it looks like they weren't completely done. I would definitely reach out and request that they fix them and make it right, but they would just talk trash about me to the next client that went in. I had already listened to them tell me a story about another lady. Needless to say, I won't be returning to them.

I left crying it's been one day and my fingers are still in so much pain! They are just awful and I'm so unhappy I will not return to this salon.
