bought a 2024 Pacifica and a service contract. we always buy Chrysler service contracts and because of us buying this Pacifica we thought we was getting a Chrysler contract. when Chrysler contacted us a couple of months later about buying a contract, I told him we did already. That's when we found out that it was a aftermarket contract. What a let down/ next I had a tire noise and took it in at 8,000 miles and they told us that all 4 tires were chopped and should be replaced for $1300 and they would send the tires in and we MAYBE get a refund, Because I didn;t get the tires rotated at 5,000 miles it was a iffy of the refunded us. And they said that they should of ask us if we wanted the tires rotated which they didn't. Pernell tires. Junk. we could not afford that much money. And I was not taking a chance with the tire company reimbursing us. Now at 12,000 miles the tires are noise'er then the radio. This was very quiet riding van when we initially bought it. Took the fun to own feeling away. Big let down. They should have replaced them on without have money exchanged at that time. But they said no and maybe try a tire store and maybe they will. Nice! I cannot recommend them and will be using another dealership for service. Customer does not come first at this place. Over 50 years of driving Chrysler and this is a first and hopefully last time that I get no cooperation and getting deceived by the F and I office. And the service manager did not want to get involved. Had the service personal deal with it and did a poor job. Oh, and I failed to mention that I worked 40 years in a Dodge dealership as one of the managers and we took care of our paying customers. read more

bought a truck from a private seller, I called this dealership and asked if they'd take a look at the 2018 F250 with 56,000 miles for me. I asked them to give it a full mechanical inspection and I noticed a odd CONSISTENT random tick from the engine bay. I made arrangements from 3 hours away for the truck to be delivered to them so they could check it out before I made the drive with the money. They called me and said the truck got a clean bill of health, they notice the transfer case fluid was nearing needing to be changed. Other then that, they said it's good to go. So I drive 3 hours to get it. Prior to handing over the 30 plus thousand for the truck, I brought it to them. I spoke with the service department and asked that they take a look at the tick one more time for me. They told me the truck was good to go, the tick was normal for a 6.2 and they printed all the paper for me saying it was fine. The pervious owner and I had an agreement that any repairs it needed, he would take care of for me. After it was clean and clear according to the Tubbs service department, I paid for the truck, trusting the dealership....that's where I went wrong. I should have got a second opinion and that's on me. This is all on a Friday by the way. I drove home, made a stop by a buddies house on the way home and immediately upon walking up to it, he said "you have bad coil packs". I asked how do you know that, he says any mechanic worth a damn should of noticed that right away... This was the very same noise I had asked the Ford Dealership to investigate. I call this dealership on Monday first thing in the morning. I get told that the manager is out for the day and she will call me back when she is in the office. A week goes by and I don't hear back, I call again and a few more days go by and still nothing. I finally get someone above the service manager to talk with. He said he will investigate and reach out. I hear back from the service manage, she states that if the truck was given a clean bill of health and the truck was not ticking when it was in the service department. It must have started on my way home, I told her again this tick is the entire reason I had it there, not to mention I stopped by with it and they looked at it again telling me it's normal. She assured that each mechanic starts, drives, and completes the inspection thoroughly and there is no way that the ticking could have happened while it was with them. When speaking with the service manager she was very rude, unprofessional, and not helpful what so ever. I expressed that I was incredibly frustrated and just wanted some way to make it right, such as refund the $150 I paid for them to do a mechanical inspection on. She abruptly stated that she will investigate and call us back and that that isn't going to be an option. It has now been a month and we have not heard back from the dealership or the service manager. So, what did I learn? This dealership isnt worth a damn when it comes to service, and when they get called on it, they'll just use any excuse they can to put the blame on a customer. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. $1,100 dollars later at a mechanic shop, all the coils and plugs were replaced after being heavily corroded. read more

This dealership is limitless with disappointment. After a horrible attempt to buy a truck in late 2020, I swore to never do any business with them. Since have have two lanes marked for Quick Lube, I thought how can they screw with me on an oil change. They did. I called to day before to determine if an appointment was needed. They said no but indicated one lane was under renovation. She suggested either early morning or at 1:30 after their lunch break. Pulled up at 1:30 with two trucks waiting and a car in the only lube bay. A young man comes out to explain that the car is getting tires and a battery so it will be an hour and one half. You heard it right... the only lube bay being used for tire change. Of course one by one we all left. This needs to stop. We need a better managed dealership. read more

So I go in to get my air conditioning fixed and they give me a $2000 dolllar quote. I said that's way too expensive and they say, well if you are ok with aftermarket parts we can fix it for $1000. I said go ahead. I give them the $1000 and air seems to be working great, next day, no air conditioning. I take it back and they say we are sorry, it will be an additional $2000. Classic catch you and squeeze you ,or they are just profoundly incompetent, you choose. I took it to a local shop, Auto Value (Great place), and they fixed it for $800. I still don't know if the part they replaced for $1000 at Tubbs was really even broken. read more

I went there to test drive a very nice looking Grand Marquis. The car was beautiful inside and out!! However on my test drive I noticed a very small ticking sound coming from the engine bay so I pulled over and popped the hood to see if I could locate it. Never did I locate the ticking sound but what I did locate was a large amount of pink house insulation stuffed into the engine near where I assume the noise was coming from. Immediately dove the car back and said see ya later! My uncle used to work there and he's full of stories about screwing over the customer. My favorite is that people supposedly get wheel alignments and all they used to do is let air out of a tire till it drove straight lol. read more
