The skin is thick and tart, just like a plum, while the inside resembles a black grape in taste while the texture is a bit chewy like the grapes used to make wine. I ate these almost every day while I was in town!

The matcha flavor is very strong and it tastes like you're biting into a block of matcha but with the consistency of chocolate. I wasn't helped by anyone besides the cashier so I can't speak too much on the staff but overall I was able to navigate the store without any questions. The store is a little tight especially when you're sharing the aisles with other people. My understanding is that the S.mart directly next door is owned by the same family and is a store specializing in skincare. They share the same name but sell different items.
