I talked with him for the first time the day before my wedding and he definitely put me at ease, was confident that he had all the music we wanted, and seemed genuinely happy about being a part of our event. The next day I met him a few minutes before the wedding ceremony, same calm, easy demeanor and had everything under control. During the reception, he read the room perfectly. He moved some songs around to go with the mood of the guests - bottom line it was an amazing party and it wouldn't have been without Jeremy. Now Brett.....I'm thinking that customer service, communication, and organization are not some of his strongest characteristics, which is really unfortunate as a business owner. My experience was EXACTLY like John C. described. I had begun the planning process with Brett months in advance with very little communication from him in return. Without getting into too much detail, I basically was at the point where one week before my wedding I was setting up a backup DJ because Brett was MIA. Three days before the wedding I finally heard from him and he told me Jeremy would be taking care of our event. Like John C., if there was a way to book and work directly with Jeremy I'd say give Platinum DJ a try, otherwise.....play at your own risk.

This was the best vacation experience I have had!…read more I have traveled around the world and around the U.S. quite a bit. I have done the all inclusive resort thing, I have been on cruises, I have backpacked, I have stayed at 5 star hotels and hostels. I am an experienced traveler. I was unprepared for how amazing this trip would be. My best man set up a weekend in Tahoe this summer during the peak summer season there. I had never been but it was beautiful. To my additional amazement, we had a full time tour guide and vacation host to really maximize our stay. I don't think there is a better way to experience a new place than to have an experienced guide who can drive you around (while drinking alot) and show you all of the best stuff to do. We stayed at an awesome house in the mountains (that Keith found), we had awesome food the whole time (thanks to Keith) and we did everything in Tahoe for the whole trip. Keith picked us up from the casino in Reno after we landed, took care of our bags and pretty much took care of everything. I cannot recommend this service enough. It was a once in a lifetime experience that I will never forget thanks to my best man and Keith!

I must admit, when I connected with friends up in Tahoe and was told that we'd have a host name Keith who was taking care of logistics, I was a little skeptical as I'm more of a do-it-yourself vacation type guy. However, Keith's service proved to me time and time again over the weekend that having him as a host is a great compliment and great value to a Tahoe vacation. Even before the trip, Keith made certain to be dialed in on all the travel logistics and coordinated with me as I was driving in and arriving before the rest of the group. He also did some legwork for me regarding vessel inspections and launching and mooring options so that I wouldn't have any surprises or issues when I got to town. Once we arrived, the house was stocked with food and drink, in tune with our particular wish list with some great Keith specific suggestions added in. Keith took care of all the cooking and waking up to the smell of bacon sizzling in the morning was a nice treat, with the BBQ's at the house and at the beach delivering as well. He also was a great tour guide, taking us on a phenomenal hike complete with 360 degree views from the peak and a dip in an alpine lake. Another huge perk was Keith's passenger van and his incredible service on this front. He was always amenable to drop-off and pick-up to accommodate our wishes even into the the early or not so early hours of the morning. All told, using Keith as our host in Tahoe was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend using his services. Damon
