My husband and I were looking to buy our first home. We were referred to Tucker through some mutual friends. I couldn't believe how responsive he was and how much he knew about the market and the Scottsdale area we were looking in. We set up a search and Tucker would shoot us over a text message or email when new properties came up that he thought we might be interested in. We only had to view a few houses and every time a new house came up in our search, Tucker had us in the house within 24 hours or less, I'm pretty sure we were the first ones in the couple we looked at. We found one we liked, put in an offer and then during the inspection period, found some things wrong with the house that made us very nervous. Another house at the same time dropped into our price range, Tucker rushed us over to the house that had been on the market for a couple months listed too high. Tucker handled getting our accepted offer off the table at the house with problems and getting our offer in at the new house. Tucker recommended a home inspection company which we used and they were great. He worked with us, our lender, and another title company he referred us to so smoothly.
